- It is a good idea to wear sneakers or other appropriate walking shoes and bring a water bottle. In summer bring your sunscreen and in winter it gets very cold so bring a jacket.
- A minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 4 people are required per booking: cancellation upon confirmation is possible if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. If this occurs, you will receive an alternative or full refund.
- In case of adverse weather conditions (eg heavy rain), the tour will not be canceled unless there are warnings and warnings by official bodies.
- We are not responsible for any traffic congestion in the city, resulting from cultural, sporting and religious events, or even demonstrations / strikes, etc. However, we will always offer alternatives to avoid such situations; One is to change the collection and delivery locations. Unfortunately, this can be transmitted without notice.

Great personal tour with Bruno. Who is a local from Sintra, so his knowledge was 22nd to none! Turned up on time, his car was immaculate and water offered straight away. His driving was excellent. No plans written in stone so we were able to change the tour as we wanted bri g just the four of us. He was a great historian, raconteur and generally nice all round young man. His tour was great visited some lovely places. Highly recommended

Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also engaging, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Portugal. Our day with him was one of the highlights of our trip, and we can’t recommend Bruno highly enough.

We had a great day with Carlos. He is a Sintra local so he knew all of the side streets to avoid traffic and took us to a great local lunch spot. Pay close attention to the fact that admission isn’t included anywhere and buy your tickets ahead of time. We didn’t realize that so we didn’t go into Pena Palace but we did get tickets to the park which included the balcony and gardens, the castle and Monserrate Palace. In retrospect, I’d recommend spending less time in Sintra and exploring Cascais instead of driving by.

Our Sintra and Cascais tour with Bruno was the best day out. Bruno was so informative. He also had all the tips to miss the crowds and took us to some amazing spots. There were just four of us on the tour so it was very relaxed. Our lunch spot that Bruno recommended was superb. Bruno was an incredible guide and made our day so awesome. Just loved this tour.

Bruno was an outstanding guide. He was very flexible with the schedule and the sights that we saw today. It was a wonderful tour of Sintra and the coast. His knowlege of the area and Portuguese history was excellent. Our lunch stop at a very small village restaurant was one of the highlights. Nice to have lunch with the locals.

Bruno was amazing! He was kind, informative and taught us so much. We saw everything we wanted to view within the tour and he catered the tour to what we were most interested in. We left with so much knowledge. Along the way we tried traditional Portuguese food and pastries that were delicious. I could not recommend this tour enough to truly experience Sintra & Cascais on a short timeframe. It was a fantastic day!! Thank you Bruno! You made our trip extra special.

Bruno was a very good guide, excellent English and a pleasant manner. Pena Palace is a great place to get some interesting photos. However, you would best be early so that you don’t have so many people adorning the site and filling your photos! The walk through the gardens is also recommended.

Amazing! Bruno is incredibly kind and took us on a fantastic journey through Sintra and Cascais. He planned our day well to avoid long lines and we were able to see everything we wanted and more. 100% recommend this tour to anyone who is after a more personalized experience with a local!

Bruno was a wonderful guide for our day in Sintra and Cascais. Sintra and Cascais are beautiful. Bruno made sure we had a delightful time even though we couldn’t get close to some sights (wildfire precaution road closures). Lunch at scenic restaurant overlooking the bay in Cascais was delicious. Highly highly recommend!

Our guide Bruno picked us up at the hotel exactly at the time he said he would, he also helped me decide the timing for the castles, which are not included but, turns out to be an advantage because one gets to organize oneself better this way. I only bought tickets for two castles, however Bruno took us to all the important sites and always made sure we had enough time to take photographs. Late lunch is Caiscais was delicious. my son had a huge plate of mussles that tasted like heaven! we had to get more bread to finish the sauce!!!! The name of the reataurant we went to is Pescador! We also visited the Westernmost cliffs and it was out of this world... One can see.how much Bruno likes his job! I had been to Sintra before but it was not as good as this time. This time it was just perfect! Thank you Bruno!

What an experience! Bruno is the absolute best! He gave us so much information and suggestions. He got us some local pastries to sample. We had great conversations and laughs. Bruno was our guide for the Sintra and Cascais Tour from Lisbon. He picked us up from our hotel at the scheduled time and greeted us warmly. Ours was a small group tour with one other couple, so we picked them at their hotel before starting out. Within the hour, we all felt like we were being shown around by an old friend. Bruno is from the Sintra area, so he knew it well. There is much to see and Bruno did a great job of explaining the options and making recommendations. Our tour was on a Sunday (which is a popular day for locals to visit). The traffic was bad, but Bruno was a great driver and managed to get us around with very little delay. While our group was touring the Pena Palace, Bruno went off on his own and brought back some local pastries for us to sample. It was a beautiful spring day and Bruno recommended a nice restaurant in Cascais that was somewhat off the beaten path so it wasn't quite as crowded as some of the other restaurants. Anticipating that it too might be busy because of the nice weather, he called ahead and reserved a table for us. We were hoping that he would join us for lunch (and he did!) because we were having such a nice time. After lunch, Bruno told us where we could take a stroll near the beach and shopping area while he got the car. We arrived back in Lisbon late in the afternoon. Overall, it was a wonderful day. The area is beautiful and there is much to see, but when your guide is so warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, the experience is just that much better!

Bruno exceeded our expectations on this day trip! We ended up with a private tour since the others had cancelled their reservation. I was so pleased that the company didn't require us to cancel or reschedule because of this. It was a rainy day, but we made the best of it! Bruno was so kind and provided large umbrellas for us, which were needed and appreciated. He was such a gentleman opening car doors, holding umbrellas and offering his steady hand in the poor weather. He provided a few suggestions on what we could see and then assisted with the ticket purchases. He was always exactly where he said he would meet us and even treated us to some of the local pastries! He again asked what type of food we were interested in for a lunch stop and suggested a local authentic favorite of his. We had the best time! Thank you Bruno!

For starters, Bruno (the driver) was spectacular. He was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and an excellent driver. The tour was phenomenal. Sintra, Cascais and Estoril are places one must see when visiting Lisbon. Beautiful castles, palaces, chalets, beaches and towns

Our tour guide, Bruno, was excellent. Our pick up was right on time. Bruno provided a lot of history and information about Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais while we were on the road and as we visited the many palaces and other points of interest on the tour. Bruno was able to tailor our tour to our interests as there was only the 2 of us. The restaurant where we had lunch was excellent. I would highly recommend this tour.

Cascáis was lovely. Sintra was too, but we weren’t able to see the castles due to government restrictions. That was a situation beyond the control of our guide. All in all, it was a nice day.
