David was absolutely amazing! Me, my husband, and my 3.5 year old went on this Sintra tour and loved it! It was the perfect amount of time for our little family. We aren’t typically tour people, but wanted a way to still see everything with our son. This was perfect. Wasn’t too long, wasn’t too short. David was very kind and informational and helpful!

Last minute booking is an unexpected success!

Excellent experience which was booked at midnight the day before because of a last minute cancellation of our original tour by Viator. Great driver who was extremely knowledgeable and spoke just the right amount. Unfortunately the clutch broke on our way back but the tour operator called an Uber for us and everything worked out perfectly! We would definitely request this tour operator/guide when we go back next year.

Good trip to Sintra

Happy to be collected from the hotel and driven to Sintra village, had 45mins to look around then taken to Monserrate palace which was one of the quiet ones at our request. Great trip if you don’t want to go on a train with lots of people, great driver/ guide and knowledgeable.

OK but could be better

It was okay considering it was Christmas Eve. Not much to do. Did not get to see the Peña Palace as it was completely fogged in. I wish that as a replacement, the tour could have given more time on the historical public square but was given “ten minutes” as the driver has no where to park it seems because he would be chased away by the police. So it was not a very productive day. Did not see much.

Hello David, You were aware that the monuments would be close, and regarding the weather is one of those things that we cannot control, but i Wish. Parking in Sintra can be terrible and that is one of the reasons we exist, to assist you so you can enjoy more, and we know that was given plenty time but you decided that you wanted to keep moving. Half day private tour to Sintra with tickets to a Palace

It was very disappointing trip. First the aircondition was not working - 2 passenger leave the tour because of that. The driver fixed it after that. No water or fruit - should be included. The way to the Palace was closed because of fire danger (it was not drivers fault but we did not receive the money for the tickets back). It was very poor information from driver during the trip. We are not very satisfied!!

Hello, we´re very sorry about that, the A/C was turned on after thas right, it was just disconnected in the rear seats area. (Hot day 37 celcius) about the tickets it´s a whole product on this reservation, we cannot sale tickets ou re-sale them or return back the money. Dankzij Gonçalo, de gids, is het een onvergetelijke dag geweest. Ik werd bij mijn hotel opgehaald en waren ook netjes op tijd waar we moesten zijn! Ik heb echt genoten. Hij wist veel te vertellen en voorkwam ook dat ik bepaalde zaken miste. Ik ben ontzettend dankbaar. Zo’n tour is een echte aanrader.
