What are people saying about Fairbanks

Make time for this experience
Pretty cool doing this experience with a Yukon Quest champion. Matt was a great guide! My family could have done this for much longer than the 30 minutes we were out there. The dogs were awesome, and the experience is really one of a kind for a Southern family.

This was my second time...
This was my second time booking this activity. Getting to the location was fairly easy, snacks and drinks were provided, and you get to see the beautiful auroras. This is a great activity for everyone and doesn’t require having to hike up anywhere. 10/10 recommend.

Dalton Highway to the Arctic Circle
We throughly enjoyed our excursion. Another couple joined us on this tour and it was truly an adventure for all. We kept running into a couple from Colorado that had mishaps driving the Dalton Highway to the Arctic Circle ahead of us. Broken out window from road debris, flat tire and more. We kept expecting to see them around the bend at the side of the road with another problem. Being so remote our driver as expected, helped them out where he could. We saw beautiful landscapes, our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information and was wonderful. We were ecstatic when we reached the Arctic Circle Marker and took lots of pictures. Yes, it is a long drive but a stop was made for treats, a little shopping and bathroom break at a small store.

Phenomenal experience with this tour
Loved the experience. Although nothing is ever guaranteed, we were able to obtain our goal in catching the Northern Lights. Our tour guide (don't remember his name) was very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the Northern Lights. You can tell he was genuinely amazed and excited as we were when we were able to catch the lights. Even after catching the lights at one spot, you can tell on the way back he was invested in trying to catch them again. He had the camera and high tech equipment in taking great videos and photos for everyone. As the majority of people on our tour were more focused on trying to get their own photos on their camera phones, my wife and I seemed to be the only ones for him to take photos on his own equipment which we didn't mind. It was like a private shoot. lol. I don't think they understood that his equipment catches the light way better and he even kept encouraging the group to take many pictures on his equipment. The van was always a comfortable temperature and he provided water and various snacks to keep you filled. We brought pillows and rested while there are times you are just resting and waiting in the car until you are able to catch the lights. Great experience! Catching the northern lights was what my wife wanted to do on her birthday and we achieved that. At the end of the night, they provided a piece of cake that was very yummy. They are supposed to send us our pictures and video a week or two after so we haven't received that yet since we went on the tour just a few days ago. All we can say is thank you again for the phenomenal experience! The picture posted is our own picture on our camera phone. Can't wait for the professional pictures!
