Our guide, Nate, provided a well-rounded and informative tour of the Fairbanks area. It included the Museum of the North, Santa Claus House at the "North Pole", the Morris Thompson Cultural Center, the University of Alaska / Fairbanks, Pioneer Park AND as a bonus, a stop and view of the Alaskan pipeline! It was a great and fun start to our Alaskan land tour / cruise vacation in a beautiful state!

It is a small group tour that will be tailored to your interests. The tour guide provided complimentary water and snacks. He was informative and knowledgeable. He even took pictures of the two of us using our cell phone. There was time to shop at the North Pole, as well as to visit the reindeer. And there was plenty of time at the Museum of the North. We even got to see the Alaskan Pipeline.

Really 4.5 stars. Kevin was an excellent host and driver. Pioneer Park was ok, but many shops were closed because it was the end of the season. Not much to do there. The rest of the stops weee great!

We had a very nice first day exploring Fairbanks. Kevin was a great tour guide and also provided a lot of additional information on the area. We learned history, climate, geography, and saw Santa. Highly recommend.

Fun tour to see the highlights of Fairbanks. Kevin is easy to talk to and he shared a lot of information about Fairbanks. The University of Alaska Fairbanks Museum is a must see.

Kevin is a good guider, arrange the itinerary smoothly. He also tell us stories about city. The museums we visited are well, especially the North museum of UAF. Others are also good. It is a nice day tour.

Kevin was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable of the Fairbanks AK experience. The train ride at Pioneer Park and the story of the sourdough starter at the Pizza Shop was also a exciting tidbit.

Some of the events of the day took longer than others… The north Pole visit could’ve been shorter and the time spent at the Pioneer Park could’ve been longer. My wife and I think that the North Pole visit should be eradicated.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I always appreciate hearing how I can improve the experience for future guests. Since your group was the only one that day, I picked you up at 10:30 — 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled start time — and we stayed out until 4:30, making it a full 6‑hour tour (an hour longer than advertised). I was also happy to offer extra time at Pioneer Park if you wished.
Many of our guests enjoy the North Pole stop, especially the photos at Santa’s House, though I understand not everyone finds it as appealing. I do my best to balance the itinerary so it works for the majority while still allowing flexibility when possible. The tour description notes different time allotments for each location and clarifies that meals are not included in the price, though I know it can sometimes be easy to mix up details from other tour descriptions.
Bella and I truly enjoyed meeting you and your family and showing you around Fairbanks. We’d love to host you again in the future — and we’re still curious how many slices of pizza the average New Yorker eats in a week!

A relaxed and fun excursion. I loved having as much time as we wanted at each stop (within reason!). Bella adds to the fun. The Museum of the North should not be missed!

Kevin is a great guide for a day tour to local attractions around Fairbanks. He was kind, informative, and helpful. He offered recommendations and did not rush us at the different stops that we made. We would consider another tour with him if we returned to Fairbanks.

What a day! Kevin was amazing and took very good care of us. He was so knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He knew people everywhere and recommended many interesting places to visit and things to do..Me personally loved the Santa Clause stop. I'm a kid at heart and loved everything about it. The museums were very good and pioneer park was a great ending of a fantastic day. Thanks Kevin!

Kevin was very informative and accommodating. He friendly and allowed us to explore the stops at our leisure. It was a no pressure experience. Very casual which was a nice change of pace. He was very knowledgeable of Fairbanks and all its history. He carried refreshments and his vehicle was clean. Would highly recommend
