Came all the way from out of town to go to the game and it was raining so they postponed the game until a later time that I never knew nothing about so I never got to attend the game and this would’ve been my first time experience so yes it was very bad for the first time

Unfortunately, weather and postponements are decisions made by the team and MLB, not by me. As soon as information became available, I instructed you to view Nationals’ official X (Twitter) updates regarding the rain delay/postponement. I truly wish the game had been played earlier as scheduled. I understand your frustration, and I’m sorry your first experience turned out this way.

My tickets didn’t work. How do I get a refund. They couldn’t even scan the ticket. They suggested I get a refund.

I wasn’t able to use the information emailed to me or the ticket. Nats customer service acted as if they never heard of this company. Ended up having to buy a new ticket. This was for my birthday 😔 will just purchase at the stadium from now on.

Before the game, you requested to cancel your order, but because it was within our stated cancellation window, we were unable to do so. On the day of the event, we did not receive any message from you asking for assistance before you purchased another ticket. We also requested proof that you had not received the ticket, but no such documentation was provided. Our chat history reflects that the ticket was successfully sent.
