We had an absolute blast on the Washington D.C. History Tour Pub Crawl! It was such a fun and unique way to learn about the city—mixing fascinating history with the energy of the local bar scene.
Along the way we met some great people and picked up awesome recommendations for must-see spots and restaurants to try while in D.C. A few drinks paired with fun historical facts made it the perfect way to spend an afternoon.
A big shoutout to our guide, Jack, who was incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job leading the tour and bringing the stories to life.

We visited 4 bars which are all a fairly short walk between them. At each one we got a short interesting history lesson. Our guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. We opted to buy our own drinks as the timing might be difficult for 4 drinks for most people.

It was a fun experience and we had a great crowd. The pubs were top notch and enjoyed the drink selection.
If for no other reason to do this tour is the other people in the same situation as you...from out of town on holiday, and we all just sat around after the tour was over continuing to drink a few more and talking like we're were old friends.
Our guide was great and knowledgeable, but it's the others we met on the tour that we'll remember once the hangover subsides 😀

Great experience! I was looking for a tour that would steer away from the basic history you learn in school… and thats what I got. So many good stories ranging from a dual to the death to spy pigeons. (but not the type you are thinking about)
