Best way to see all the monuments without so much walking and especially when you are limited on time. Our guide Khalid was exceptional and so knowledgeable. Everything was so nice and tailored to our group with plenty of time to see everything without feeling so rushed. I would recommend over and over again to do this tour.

We were very disappointed that our guide gave no commentary or stories on this tour.
He Asked me for the itinerary (I don’t live here nor know the best route.). Was hoping for the posted itinerary.
At each stop we were dropped off at the furthest spot possible and he showed us the back of the White House. Missed half the stops on the posted itinerary. Vehicle had a smell to it and the defrost wasn’t working and couldn’t see out the windows. Exhaust was falling off as well.

Fantastic and worth every penny. Got to see everything we wanted to with lots of photo stops. Amin was brilliant didn’t rush us at all. If you are only in Washington for a couple of days this is the excursion to do.

This was not a great experience for us - not what was advertised or expected. I would say just be sure you understand who the operator of the tour is and that it is confirmed. We were told it was one operator and had someone totally different show up and the experience was not great.

Driver was great the experience of the driver was fantastic. Only down side I have is the A/C in the vehicle was sub par. We played with the controls and it still was very warm in the vehicle. Do not know if the vehicle A/C was not working properly but that was a down side. Other then that I would recommend this 100% thanks for the tour.

We thought this was a private tour with a tour guide that would explain the history of the sites and people; it wasn’t. The driver was very courteous and vehicle comfortable and air conditioned but was not the experience we thought we were paying for.

We’d like to clarify that our tours are led by driver-guides who stay with the vehicle during each stop. This ensures the car is waiting at the entrance with the AC running, providing a seamless and comfortable return after visiting each site. While they do share insights during the drive, they are not permitted to accompany guests inside buildings, as their responsibility is to remain with the vehicle for your convenience and safety.

The driver arrived 30 minutes late, and just 30 minutes into the tour, we were locked out of the vehicle for over an hour with no resolution. Instead of handling it professionally, he blamed me, raised his voice, and began yelling in a very aggressive tone.
I felt unsafe and uncomfortable, so I left the tour early and paid for my own Uber back to the hotel. I never got to finish the tour, and the entire experience was stressful and unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Our driver’s delay was due to a last-minute change in your pickup address from you, which required adjustments to the schedule. Once the tour began, an unexpected and accidental vehicle lockout occurred — it was not related to any actions by you or our driver. Throughout the situation, our driver remained calm, professional, and followed all protocols to resolve the issue. We also issued a full refund promptly as a gesture of goodwill.
We are proud of the high standards of service and care we provide to all of our guests. While rare incidents can happen, we always handle them responsibly and with customer satisfaction as our top priority.

It is a wonderful way to see the sights of DC if you don't want to walk all day. The driver has a good idea where to take you but you can ask them to take you anywhere. we had a great time.

Gligor our driver was so very nice and professional. He took us to ALL of the monuments and we were able to get out and walk around. This tour made sure we covered a lot of ground but also saved our legs for the museums. I highly recommend doing this in the evening to avoid traffic and see all the monuments lit up. We asked to be picked up at Reagan International Airport. Our driver was prompt courteous and knowledgeable about the area. He took us to the Capital, the Lincoln Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial, the Vietnam War and the Korean War Memorials which are all in the National Mall area. We toured the several other war memorials, and the Pentagon memorial. Just an amazing time. Our driver was patient allowing me to take many memorable photos. Highly recommend this especially if it's your first time visiting.

Gligor was an excellent and careful driver. He was punctual. He had a lot of knowledge about DC and was able to add info about locations not listed on the itinerary. We saw and visited every place listed. It was freezing cold so we were very happy to be able to jump in and out of a warm car while seeing everything in the city. It was a very good choice to see the busy city. Thanks to Gligor!
