Itinerary

Get picked up at your hotel for your private tour of Washington DC. No matter what time you chose for your tour, make sure to be ready before the actual starting time. Depending on your group size, ride in a premium Sedan, SUV, or 15-passenger van to all your stops in the city. Please list any special interests you have (art, architecture, history, culture) at the time of booking to alert your guide, so he or she can better prepare for your private tour.

Based on your interests, your guide plans out your time. Some key sites you might see include the Capitol Building, the Library of Congress, the White House, the World War II Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial, the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, the Abraham Lincoln Memorial, the Korean War Memorial, and the Vietnam War Memorial. Other popular places others sometimes choose are the FBI Museum, the Smithsonian Museums, the Newseum, and the National Air and Space Museum.

Wherever you choose to go, learn a lot about your specific areas of interest from your guide as you travel through DC. At the end of your two hours, enjoy the ride back to your hotel in your private vehicle.

Bad tour guide

We did a private tour of Washington, DC, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Our tour guide was overly political, continually sharing his personal opinions even after we asked him to stop. We booked this tour to enjoy the city and learn about its history—not to listen to political commentary. The tour itself had the potential to be great, but the guide really ruined the day for us. Additionally, the van was dirty inside, which made the experience even less enjoyable. With a different guide and a clean vehicle, this tour could have been wonderful. Driver/tour guide: Bobby

Expensive van ride around a few monuments

The tour was advertised as a guided tour with several stops at the monuments. There was no tour guide. This was a van ride around the city with only two main stops. Not very educational for the teenagers.

Thanks for your business ,we value your feedback .however we disagree with your opinion. Your tour had a guide that has over 20yrs experience and it’s not feasible that he would drive you around town for 3hours with only two main stops.

If you want a great and easy way to see DC this is a must! Request Bernard if you can....

Bernard was absolutely amazing! He knew exactly where to go, gave us the chance to get out take pictures and was always there when we were ready to continue on our tour. We saw everything we wanted to see, if it was not for this tour we would have missed so much of DC. He had information to share and historical information that was relevant to all of us.

Wir wurden sehr pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt. Das Fahrzeug war sehr sauber und unser Fahrer hat uns mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Es gab kaltes Wasser in ausreichender Menge. Die Parkplätze an den Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr dicht für kurze Fußwege. Der Fahrer hat uns sehr viele hintergrund Informationen geben können.
