We use puzzles and riddles to guide you from place to place while sharing local history. However, I completely understand that if you were simply looking for a direct route to key sites, our gamified format wouldn't be the right fit for your trip. I also apologize for the frustration you experienced trying to access the experience. We do offer 24/7 customer support directly in the app to help troubleshoot any login or access problems right on the spot, and I'm sorry we missed the chance to assist you. It was a quick, fun way to explore a different part of the city. It really wouldn’t take more than an hour if you put your mind to it, but we stopped and shopped and had a drink or two along the way!
