We enjoyed our wine tasting experience with food pairings. I appreciated learning about and tasting wines from various regions in Italy. The only thing I’d change is to move it earlier in the trip!

The sommelier was extremely friendly. The choice of wines delicious. Tasty little plates of meat and cheese accompanied them. The bar was a little squashed and we seemed to be the only participants which made it less of a social event than we hoped for.

We had an excellent time at this event. The host was very knowledgable and the wine was very nice. There was a large range of wines that we tasted and this was accompanied by some facts from the host about the region of Italy it was from and the type of grapes used in the production. We were provided some delicious snacks during the tasting which complimented the wines brilliantly. The host was able to accommodate us inside or outside and was very welcoming. The only thing that I would say was not ideal was that it was held on the street and the road was quite busy therefore we had cars and motorbikes driving past us while at the tasting. Overall this was a fantastic family experience and we had a great time.

Just a Jerk

We missed our time by approx 30 mins. Totally our fault.....but I thought maybe with an apology and some honesty, someone would try to be fair. Tour guide never once text, called, or emailed, and had he done so, we were 10 minutes away, easily would've met. Instead he made no attempt to contact and wouldnt even consider rescheduling or at least refund the portion of the money he didn't have to spend on food......I'm guessing the tour wouldn't have been great bc this was someone looking to take the money and do as little as possible. Needless to say, no more viator for me. They clearly don't have your back nor care.

Dear James. Thank you for letting us know. After careful review, we notice that you contacted us 3 hours after the original start of the tour, informing us that you had completely forgotten about it. You then immediately requested either the refund or to reschedule the tour to the following day. We did the best we could to accomodate you. Unfortunately, as mentioned to you, the enoteca was already booked. In addition, please note that our cancellation policy clearly states that we cannot provide any refunds for No-shows (after the start of the tour). In light of this, please note that messages of insults to our staff – such as jerk of “va a faire in c*lo” are not acceptable - especially as we applied our best efforts to find a solution to your no-show. Finally, please further note that the tours that we provide are carefully selected and of the highest quality, as demonstrated by previous reviews from our clients.

We have done this before in Barcelona and were part of a group of 12 however this time it was just ourselves and the owner of the wine shop. The wine tasting and food were really good but it wasn’t the group experience we were expecting.

Perfect birthday present. Patrizia is very knowledgeable and easily changed out the wines I didn’t like for ones that were more my style and flavours. Nibbles were also amazing, the best mozerella we have ever tasted! Definitely worth every penny ☺️

We came from Canada to do this wine & cheese tasting. Patrizia, the owner has the most beautiful wine store where you sit at a table and she serves you 6 different wines (all from Italy) with a plates accompanied with each wine glass. It was the most romantic experience we've ever had. The wines were spectacular! Worth every cent.

En super autentisk oplevelse, privat vinsmagning med super hyggelig værtinde. God blanding af forskellige vine og utrolig lækker tapas lignende anretninger. Autentisk hyggelig biks. Sæt gerne 3-4 timer af, især hvis man godt kan lide at hygge sig med det og bare tage det roligt.
