Absolutely fantastic! Everything about the experience was great. The pickup was wonderful and Max was full of great knowledge about the city. And then the owner of the vineyard was charming and Leo, the sommelier who handled the tour, was great. And on top of that the wine and olive oil and the food were actually outstanding. 10/10 we’d go back. We ordered a case of wine too!

Tour of winery/vineyard was short but very interesting. Lunch with wine tasting was beautiful and excellent. Family owned business and most of the family was there. Massimiliano, the driver, was very friendly, efficient, and pointed out sights along the way.

Our guide Luca (member of the family) fantastic Along with our driver Stefano! Their wine is like nothing I’ve had in the states (where they’re able to add preservatives undisclosed) they accommodated my gluten-free diet with delicious bread I can’t believe was GF! And paired their wine with amazing dishes… Way beyond just a snack. Their wine and olive oil (they’ve been making for generations ) were out of this world, so much so we joined their club and shipped boxes of both home can’t wait to share with friends! If I had a destination event to plan, this would definitely be one of my top choices!… just a half hour out of Rome… a great way to experience great wine without having to drive far and spend the whole day!

Explanation of the Cancellation We want to clarify that your specific tour on 05.10.25 had to be canceled due to unforeseen political demonstrations and road closures in the Rome area. These events were sudden, outside of our control, and made it impossible for us to safely and reliably execute the transfer necessary to reach the Frascati winery. While the reason for the cancellation was beyond our control, the failure to ensure you received a timely notification is entirely our responsibility, and we are reviewing our internal procedures to prevent this communication breakdown from happening again. This was an excellent addition to our itinerary in Rome! Our private driver was very friendly and the car was spacious with AC (very much appreciated as it was fairly hot during our time in Italy). Once we arrived, we were given a tour of the vineyard and the gardens, followed by some incredible wine and snacks to accompany. Our host was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and overall we had an incredible experience! As we were on our honeymoon, we were able to order some wine to be shipped back to us in the U.S. that was plan to enjoy as an anniversary celebration in the years to come.

It is not a tour. You are driven straight to the vineyard. Expected much more for the price. The gentleman at the vineyard was very accommodating, but not worth the price. There wasn’t much wine to see or buy.

Both Alberto (father) and Luca were great. Alberta showed us the vineyards while Luca gave us the taste testing. Luca then showed us the bottling system. Great wine and olive oil. Bought a case of each having them shipped home. Highly recommend!

Historic Vineyard an exceptional experience

The wine and olive oil is superb. The hospitality at the vineyard is perfecto. Eleanora the somalier is highly educated about the wine and a very down to earth person. We felt welcome the moment we arrived at the vineyard. The surroundings are the true definition of Italia ! The pairing of the food with the wines and olive oil showed great thought. We would return to this excursion and location in the future The driver Patrick was very knowledgeable about Italy and provided good information regarding daily life. To visit a winery owned by the same family for over 300 years is an exceptional experience. This was a private tour not to be missed.

Beautiful setting, great wine, would have loved it to be a bit longer

The overall experience was lovely, we received a private car service straight from our hotel’s front door and the drive up was very nice. The vineyard is beautiful, the wine tasting room itself was lovely, and the food and wine were both really enjoyable. The highlight of the experience was definitely our guide Eleanora, who was extremely enthusiastic, knowledgeable and interesting to talk to. Only reason I wouldn’t give this 5 stars is that the experience was shorter than expected, excluding travel time it was only 1.5 hours, so that should be considered when booking. It would have been great to spend a little longer and maybe have a tour of the vineyard whilst there, as it is a very picturesque place with a lot of history.

Very nice escaping the tourist trap. I would say it was not rushed and the winery staff and professional driver was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. If you ever find you have a few hours to burn. Go taste the wines and unique foods presented with them.

Great tour!! This was far and away the best tour we could've booked. We learned so much about historical sites that we passed to and from the vineyard from our driver... very personable and knowledgeable. Once at the vineyard the owners son(who will take over the vineyard in the future) gave us a very detailed tour of all that goes in to making what was an amazing array of wines. The overall tour was top notch and i want to thank all of them for providing such a great experience. I wish we could've stayed out there all day...such a beautiful and relaxing place to spend the afternoon.

Terrible terrible experience. Was booked for a Saturday. Had a major delay in flight so i was offered to have the event on a Sunday instead. Plan was for driver to pick us up from hotel at 9.40am. Driver never showed up. The person i was communicating with told me he'd be there in 5 mins. Basically we didnt make the event. I got a total refund, but that's beside the point. We went to Rome specifically for this experience!. Terrible. Disappointed to say the least.

This was a great tour with a fantastic driver and an amazing family owned winery. Our driver Peter was very informative about sites along the way. The winery owner was a wealth of information and served up incredible wines, olive oil and wine jelly. The drive was about 25 minutes and can be rough if you are not a good passenger, but if I can make it, anyone can. Definitely recommend!
