Amazing experience!! I’ve done a wine tasting before, and this one was my favorite by far. Frederico was super nice and so knowledgeable about wine - as wine lovers, we learned so much! Private tasting, so we could ask as many questions as we wanted. The charcuterie was delicious as well. Not too hard to reach from Rome (just take metro line C).

What an amazing time! Our host was auper knowledgeable, kind and showed great hospitality. We had some issue with transportation for two of our friends so they arrived late but our host was very patient and delayed for as long as he could so that we could start together. Great time, highly recommend!

We organised a wine tasting for our friend’s han party and we had the most informative and enjoyable wine tasting ever! 🍷 I have to mention that the wines were all bio and they even served vegetarian 🌱 platter if you preferred to pair the wine with! The greatest wine tasting that I ever had. Danielle, the sommelier, is very engaged in covering history, traditions, important producing regions, and production techniques. Then he teaches what to watch when tasting the wine, and proceeds to a selection of 4 delicious wines - some of them organic. The pairing cheese and charcuterie is also outstanding, and he shows how to harmonize them with the wine. Recommended for the first days of your stay in Rome, so you can enjoy the wine appropriately during your trip.

Loved learning about wine tasting, Italian wines and the emergence of “natural” wines. I liked that was a bit away from the busyness of central Rome and helped give it a more laid back and casual atmosphere. We ended up staying after we concluded and shared a bottle of one of the ones we tested and had some nicely prepared snacks with it that paired nicely.

It was such a great experience for my friends and I. Federico was so knowledgeable on the wine and taught us so much!! We had plans to go get dinner somewhere else afterward but loved it there so much we stayed all night. He is so passionate about his wine and restaurant which made it 10x better. Federico is an amazing and knowledge person for wine the tasting who told us loads of useful things we didn’t know. Also, we loved how culturally aware and well travelled Frederico was, especially how our group could connect with him on our love for the Caribbean culture. Cute setting for the wine tasting. This tour was awesome. It was at this cute start-up wine shop and bar run by worldly Rome natives. We were originally given 4 wines but ended up tasting like 6 or 7 because the two guys who were teaching us about them wanted us to learn more and hang out longer. Would suggest going on a less crowded day (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) because there were very few people there, so it was peaceful and the owners were able to divert their whole attention to us. Highly recommend.

If you want to have an excellent wine tasting, do yourself a favor and book with Frederico! My friends and I spent 5 days in Rome and this was by far our favorite experience. We tasted 3 wines, complimented with various local cheeses and meats. Frederico keep the conversation going and it was all around a great time. Highly recommend!
