Poor experience, do not go with this agency

It was very badly organized. The tour was on the 24th December, and the organizer did nor know until the last minute that St Peter’s basilica is closed. The Pope has a mass in this Basilica in the evening and of course the tour which stated later could not go, they offered us 5€ refund which is funny, alternative was to see something more in Vatican Museum which we accepted. Instead at 12.15 the tour started at 13, and while inside of Vatican Museum at 14.20 they told our guide that the Museum and the Sikstine Chapel will close at 14.30 and we literally had to run to at least see the Chapel for 5 minutes, so the guide did not inform herself at what time does the museum closes, literally she dod not know if we can later see the Basilica, was it opened for public at all these days, very poor experience. The agency did not check working time also.

Marta is the BEST!

This tour was great! A relatively small group and we all had headphones so we could easily hear our tour guide, Marta. We met at the tour agency around the block from the crowds which was also fantastic. Marta was phenomenal! Funny, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She really brought the history to life for me and my two young adult kids. They also thought she was fabulous! I highly recommend this tour.

DO NOT BUY THIS !!! They charge you 23euro pp for the entrance ticket, it says nowhere that it is not included. The guide was late, speaks poor English and rushed through the most interesting parts. The sound in the headset was very bad. Worst experience ever! BUY ANOTHER TICKET !!!!

The entire experience was soured when the tour operator you have charge you an additional 20 Euros to what we had already paid Viator. This felt like a scam and would not recommend. I'm even questioning myself if I want to use Viator in the future.

There were TOO MANY PEOPLE! TOO CROWED . COULDNT MOVE .I had a walker and people would not move for me .ii toured the Vatican 10 years ago and it was amazing . I had to leave the tour and never saw the chapel this time. It would never pass fire standards

The map room at the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel ceiling were highlights. Our guide was a great storyteller and shared all kinds of interesting anecdotes.

I ordered this assuming this is a ticket + guided tour, but nowhere it is mentioned that this doesn't include the entry ticket. So I had to spend extra on the ticket at the meeting point.

The place is beautiful and very interesting, but the guide was walking to fast, so we couldn’t take pictures or even observed in detail the Vatican and Sistine Chapel to avoid getting lost.

Tour did not include the actual ticket price ( you pay this additionally)and they charged us for a ticket for our son who is an EU citizen and 14 yrs old and should not have been charged for a ticket, our guide was personable, but extremely rushed throughout the experience.

La visite du Vatican n'a pas été une bonne expérience. Ce n'est pas la faute de la guide qui a un travail difficile pour passer dans cette foule immense ! Vraiment trop de monde ! Ce n'est pas de votre faute. Il y a 40 ans nous étions presque seuls...mais ça c'était une autre époque... On a plus regardé nos pieds et le foulard rose de notre guide que les chefs d'œuvres au plafond.... Juste à la fin, notre guide nous a perdu sur la terrasse et ce n'est pas de notre faute...elle n'a pas compté ses "moutons" hi, hi,! Je ne vois pas ce que Viator pourrait faire de mieux dans cette surpopulation... Merci encore !

No pudimos hacer la excursión ya q me confundí en el idioma . Enseguida avise x email x tour operador y telf y nadie contesto. Me fui directa a la oficina y no me dieron solución. Así que se quedaron con el dinero de 4 pers... pésimo

Déçu par le musée car beaucoup trop de monde. La basilique St Pierre est magnifique . Le hic s est de se sentir léser après avoir réservé sur le site Tiquets pour les visites et qu une fois que tu va chercher tes billets, ceux-ci ne sont pas compris dans ta réservation et que tu as payé seulement la prestation d un guide qui du coup était inexistant, on a fait la visite sans... Dommage

Me siento estafada con esta compra. Te hacen creer que compras un tour por los tres sitios, y solo te acompaña el guía por el Museo del Vaticano. Donde además el guía, Giovanni, va a toda velocidad por el museo, no te deja ver las cosas ni si quiera pudimos sacarnos fotos. Además la compra de esto que te venden como tour de los tres sitios, no incluye la entrada a los mismos, sino que te lo dicen allí para que las pagues sobre la marcha. NO REPETIRÍA con esta compañía.

que la entrada no estava incluyda en el producto que usted reservò es una informaccion que se encuentra en la pagina online antes de comprar....sino seria un robo y las ventas online en este sitio web no lo puede permitir. Les aconsejo de leer las informaciones de lo que esta reservando antes de reservar y dar la culpa a quien simplemente hizo su trabajo...
