Great tour to skip lines , be ready to walk - we spent about 4 hours in this activity. Our tour guide was great !

What information we received from the guide was very good and enjoyable. However everything was very rushed and was like a speed tour. We were quickly guided through the museum of the Vatican with little explanations. We were not accompanied to the sistine chapel, and did not attend St Peter's Basilica. There are better tour options out there than this one.

Hi, dear Rebecca, we're sorry about your review. Regarding St. Peter's Basilica, we notified all our guests in advance that it would be closed due to preparations for Good Friday. We also sent you a message, an email, etc. Only you didn't visit St. Peter's. The rest of the group experienced everything. They respected our instructions to arrive early at 8:40 because St. Peter's closed at 12:00, as per Vatican City regulations. Regarding the tour duration, we respected the two and a half hour time limit. We're sorry if you didn't enjoy the experience. We'll be sure to contact the tour guide and recommend you.

We had Gaida as our guide and honestly she was amazing! We couldnt fault her in anyway she was so pleasant well spoken and really knew her stuff! You could tell how much she enjoys her work and the way she talks about every single thing. No question was to small or too big for her. The place in it self just speaks volume we were absolutely blown away by everything.

This tour was extremely well organized, we were guided through the various exhibits very efficiently, and the tour guide was outstanding in her knowledge of the different areas that we viewed.

Our incredible and knowledgeable guide Paolo exposed us to all the sites and details most people have never see. He even took us on a couple of added stops based on the groups questions and interest. Definitely ask for him!

My family of 3 adults took two Viator tours while visiting Rome. One to the Colosseum the other to the Vatican. We went October 2025. Expect crowds! The booking and getting tickets went smooth and was easy. Directions were good on where to meet each tour. Plan on LOTS of walking unless otherwise stated. The guides are very knowledgeable but even though they were English speaking, some were very had to understand with the headset. If there is not a planned bathroom stop on a tour it should be advertised. I’m giving 4 stars because of difficulty understanding the guides and no bathroom stop.

big mess up

The info had said, no printed ticket needed. Then I got an email that said print your ticket the day before. I’m in a hotel so I didn’t have a printer, but I got the hotel to print the ticket I took the ticket to the Vatican and St Peter’s Cathedral and they would not except the printed ticked I had. They said I needed a square QR code and the one on the paper was rectangle. I’ve tried to reach someone and no one from Vasica has answered me. I would like a refund for my 250.00. I had no problem with the other two sites I saw in Rome thru Vasica with the correct code bar.

In your reservation that arrived by email, you definitely received an address where you were supposed to come, namely Piazza della Citta Leonina. When you emailed us in the morning, we replied that you didn't need to print anything. For this reason, at 12:00 p.m., we cannot issue a refund because the mistake wasn't ours. We are very sorry. Furthermore, our staff called you on the number you indicated in the reservation and sent you a WhatsApp message, but you didn't respond. You texted us at 6:00 p.m., which was already very late. We are sorry, but this review is not true and unfair. For any further clarification, we remain at your complete disposal. Best regards
