The.Vatican is just beautiful! The art work is stunning. Louisa was so passionate, knowledgeable and very considerate of the older members of our group. This is a long tour but well worth it if you don't mind getting in your steps.

Great tour, the description needs to be updated with the correct information

We had a great tour of the Vatican Museum. Our guide gave us a ton of information, and we enjoyed our time. However, the tour description of the tour said it included St Peter’s Basilica, however, it did NOT include an entrance to the basilica. We were so disappointed. The line to get in at time was over an hour. However, we came back around 6:00 pm and were able to get inside. So in the end it worked out, but everyone in our group thought we had an entrance into the basilica and were confused when we were told at the end of the tour that was not the case. Hopefully they will update the tour description!

Our tour guide was great however we paid for the St. Peter's Basilica Tour only to be told at the end of the tour this was not part of the tour. Very disappointing as this was the reason we booked it in the first place. No refund or help offered.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. The tour did not include the Basilica because you selected the "English Tour Without St. Peter's Basilica" option. For this reason, even though the Basilica is visible in the inclusions, admission and a guided tour inside are not included. Please always pay attention to the names of the tour options after choosing the day of the tour.

We booked a tour in English. Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable but I will say her English was not the greatest. At times I couldn't really understand what she was saying. She had a heavy accent. She spoke fine, but I think for a tour guide the English should be excellent. Still very much enjoyed the tour.

This tour was awesome. Our tour guide was so incredibly knowledgeable. He knew everyone at the different stops we took which I think helped things move a little bit quicker. He knew where to stop the group so that we wouldn’t be in people’s way or vice versa. He was great at making his voice heard Over the speaker. He’s extremely knowledgeable and more importantly, passionate about what he was talking about. His commitment to Rome culture is clear. We thoroughly enjoyed our day together when we visited this tour!

Once we found the meeting place after a lot of walking in circles, we were fine. The guide was most informative and kept us all moving through a lot of crowds and up and down many steps. It is a very rigorous walking tour but we saw the entire Vatican museum and infamous Sistine chapel without much waiting. This also include a tour of St. Peter's Basilica at the end of the tour but we had already been through this site and left a bit early.

Angelica was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was easy to understand, and showed us the highlights of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. We did not get to go into St. Peter’s Basilica as a group, but she told us we could go on our own. Overall, we had an amazing tour and skipping the line definitely was worth it.

The tour was good. I’ve been on other tours so this one wasn’t quite as informative. We were supposed to see Saint Peter’s Basilica, but unfortunately, I’m guessing because of Jubilee she could not take us in there so we did it on our own the next day?

This was a nice overview of the Vatican museums and the Sistene Chapel. Our guide was knowledgeable and kept us moving. We had a good amount of time to view the exhibits without feeling overwhelmed. The Sistene Chapel is amazing and completely worth your time. Note that knees and shoulders need to be covered in the Chapel, but not in the museums.

If you’re into the history of Jesus’ time; this is a very informative experience. However, there was no air conditioning in the building and it was packed with people so needless to say it was extremely hot.

Due to the Jubilee year we weren't taken i to the Basilica. However, Adrien showed us the line, explained the security and what to look for inside, and gave us good estimates for how long the line would take at various points. During our tour of the Museum he was very knowledgeable and knew some great ways around crowds. In the Sistine Chapel he was very respectful of the silent, holy place when other tour guides were not. It was an excellent morning.

We enjoyed the tour of the Vatican in Sistine chapel! I made the journey with my daughter and friends from our Jack and Jill chapter. it was educational. The tour company is one I would recommend it was easy to find. There was a place for us to sit and use Wi-Fi. The tour guide was willing to answer questions. She was friendly. Brastouras gave us stickers so that if you lost your group, you could identify the individuals in your group. paying for a tour guide helps you understand what you’re saying. It also helps you skip the line to get into certain areas which was helpful when it started to become crowded. We were able to get a few photos because we had or we were using a group license tour guide. initially, I was not sure about the company, but because another friend shows this company I selected it. It was only because they were not as many reviews. I wanted to take time to post a review if you like me, it makes a difference. I will tell you that some tour guide gave out flyers before getting inside the Vatican city. Our guy gave it to us. Once we were at the exact location which I thought was helpful and very organized. They kept us from having to hold on to lots of papers until we absolutely needed them for a point of reference.

Guide was engaging, funny, informative, and well versed in her knowledge. She conveyed a lot of great information that was substantive without turning into a lecture. Great balance, good tour, and we'd gladly use this company again. Tour met at the office within a block of the Vatican entrance and was well organized and managed. Definitely worth trying!!
