- Should St. Peter’s Basilica be closed or not accessible within the scheduled time, the tour will include the Raphael's Rooms or the explanation of the Basilica from outside.
- The Raphael's Rooms are usually not included in the tour and are visited only when the Vatican makes the internal itinerary mandatory.
- The Basilica is not included on Wednesday morning due to the Papal Audience. It is included in July, August and when the audience is held indoors.
- No refunds will be issued to customers who are late and miss the tour.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

This is a great overall tour if Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica. Our tour guide was Maximus(?) and he also worked as a Vatican tour guide. His knowledge of all things Vatican related was amazing. His passion for this place was contagious. I do wish the Vatican would in force the quiet policy in the Sistine Chapel but that’s not the tour company issue. Timing was great and skip the line was a must. Easy to find checkin spot that was very close to entrance.

By far a wonderful experience. The meetup point is only minutes from the Vatican Museum. The tour guide was very knowledgable and guided through the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and Saint Peter's Bascilca. Skip the line is only way to go in Rome, especially when it is hot outside. The crowds were large and it was only late May. I was happy that I was able to book this last minute.

Tour was supposed to be 3 hrs. Unfortunately, the basilica was closed, but the tour was still supposed to be 3hrs. The tour guide cut us off at 2hrs leaving us in the museum. Highly disappointing

Our guide was very experienced (Vivian, I think). The Vatican and related sites is very large and you could spend all day there on your own. Our guide covered the primary highlights, but kept us moving at the pace of the crowd. Solid overall experience and a must do in Rome.

This Brastours experience was amazing! Our guide, Adriano, is an expert Vatican historian. He managed our time well, focusing on the highlights and had a great strategy for the Sistine Chapel visit. Won’t share deatils here as it may be their “trade secret”. He’s also so polite and kind not just to us but to everyone he came across with during the entire time. There was a lot of visitors even at our earliest time slot but I did not feel rushed at all, and really marvelled at all the art and history that we covered. Such a memorable tour!

Tour guide was not going to take us into St Peter's. Said we did not have tickets to get in. When several complained she found the tickets in her bag. St Peter's was not to be missed.

Get the skip the line ticket. Great tour and an awesome tour guide. The Vatican and St Peter's Basilica was chaotic. I could not imagine navigating this on my own.

If you want to go to the Vatican and Sisteen Chapel you must get this tour. Can’t imagine trying to do this without skip the line tour.Our guide orchestrated our tour perfectly. Gave us unbelievable information and even made sure everyone had great pictures. Excellent!

Can’t rate this tour highly enough. Getting fast pass tickets to avoid the huge queues was reason enough for this tour, but Daniella, our guide, was so knowledgable and had a genuine interest in the group and the exhibits. She explained everything through our earphone and knew so much even when we had to go through areas that were not meant to be on the tour. We can’t Daniella highly enough.

This was a great tour. There was a lot to see and our tour guide was able to highlight all the important things and provided interesting information. She was also very attentive and helpful as I was traveling with an elderly family member and she adjusted the pace and found elevators and seating for us. I would highly recommend!

We booked combo skip the line, Sistine chapel and st Peter's basilica tour. Hilaria was efficient and kept us moving thru the halls. Very knowledgeable. Don't plan to sit down or stop for 2.5 hours.

We had a great tour of the Vatican Museum. Our guide gave us a ton of information, and we enjoyed our time. However, the tour description of the tour said it included St Peter’s Basilica, however, it did NOT include an entrance to the basilica. We were so disappointed. The line to get in at time was over an hour. However, we came back around 6:00 pm and were able to get inside. So in the end it worked out, but everyone in our group thought we had an entrance into the basilica and were confused when we were told at the end of the tour that was not the case. Hopefully they will update the tour description!

Our tour guide was great however we paid for the St. Peter's Basilica Tour only to be told at the end of the tour this was not part of the tour. Very disappointing as this was the reason we booked it in the first place. No refund or help offered.

The tour did not include the Basilica because you selected the "English Tour Without St. Peter's Basilica" option.
For this reason, even though the Basilica is visible in the inclusions, admission and a guided tour inside are not included.
Please always pay attention to the names of the tour options after choosing the day of the tour.

We booked a tour in English. Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable but I will say her English was not the greatest. At times I couldn't really understand what she was saying. She had a heavy accent. She spoke fine, but I think for a tour guide the English should be excellent. Still very much enjoyed the tour.
