From start to finish, the day was smooth, informative, and truly unforgettable. What stood out immediately was the level of care and professionalism that began even before the tour. We received text messages from our tour guide himself in advance clarifying all the details—meeting points, timing, and what to bring. Every question we had was answered promptly, which gave us total peace of mind and made us feel well taken care of from the very beginning. On the day of the tour, Constantine arrived right on time. He was kind, courteous, and made the drive comfortable and stress-free, getting us to the Vatican efficiently despite the busy traffic. At the Vatican, we met Ferdinando—an absolute expert who has completed over 5,000 tours. His depth of knowledge was astounding, and he delivered everything with clarity, warmth, and the perfect touch of humor. Fernando is a great guide and led us through the hoards of people. Because of the crowds, however, we saw more fellow tourists than we did of the museum but when we told Fernando that we could skip some of the more popular attractions he managed to maneuver us to the less crowded areas. He is so knowledgeable and a great guide. Highly recommend him

He took his time and gave us an incredible tour and spent time explaining different aspects of where we were and what we were looking at.
