Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Go to the agency to collect the ticket at least 40 minutes before the entry time, watching the video with the VR will take approximately 10 minutes. In case of delay there is the risk of not being able to enter. If you are unable to collect your tickets for any reason, your reservation cannot be changed or refunded as tickets are non-refundable.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

We really, really, enjoyed the virtual reality tour, it gave us a much better idea of what the Coliseum would have looked like during Roman times. Part of me wished we would have bought a guided tour to get more info as we walked through the Coliseum itself, however; with so many people that day it would have been hard to stay with a group. Mixed feelings about that.

Do your own thing and skip the lines

The virtual tour is a little misleading in that you only get to view the vr video for 5-6 minutes before going into the Colosseum. On the bright side our teens learned from it and were more interested in the actual Colosseum while walking through. We don’t enjoy large groups tours so this was great for us! It let us skip the lines to get in and into the arena floor. We walked and read though the exhibits on our own and prefer online/YouTube videos rather than 3 hour tours under the summer sun and heat or Rome in the summer. If you prefer to do your own thing and skip the lines … this is a great option. It also includes entrance to the Forum and the exhibits there as well.

Good, relatively inexpensive way to skip the line

Buy that only if you want to skip the line to get in. Otherwise the VR thing is silly. I would’ve preferred an audio guide or even just a ticket

The Coliseum is totally amazing and hands down worth being at the top of your list of things to do in Rome. As for the method of delivering tickets, it’s a convoluted mess that should be improved to being able to be sent to your phone instead of having to go to an address to pick them up. That’s a very necessary improvement.

Easy to book and just as easy to collect the tickets. Queue moved very quick, just ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your start time, any earlier you will be turned away. Colosseum is epic, unbelievable experience

Waste of money, lines too long.

You should not sell so many tickets so that people have to wait hours in line to get into the forum with a pre purchased ticket. We couldn't wait in that line and had to leave. We didn't get to go inside the forum at all. Very disappointed.

Good morning! There are 3 different entrances to the Roman forum, if there is too much line at the one in front of the coliseum the other two will be empty. There are also access addresses written on the ticket itself

NO RUSH AMAZING TOUR

There’s nothing we didn’t love about every part of this tour. We loved being able to take our time but still have the audio/visual aspect to learn all about the Colosseum. Not to mention endless panoramic views of Rome. Palatine hill and the Roman forum was stunning. Acres of rich history. We were blown away. We loved being able to stroll at our own pace through time.

Billet coupe file indispensable

Prendre des billets coupe file est la meilleure solutions pour éviter une file d attente énorme. Par contre l’audio guide n’est pas top et ne dure pas longtemps
