Children must be 17 years old or younger on the day of the tour to qualify for the youth rate.
Colosseum entrance tickets are non-refundable and cannot be modified once issued.
Every participant must present a valid passport or government-issued ID that matches the name on the booking. Entry cannot be guaranteed without a matching ID.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete the check-in process.

During July and August, the tour duration may be reduced to approximately 2 hours due to high temperatures.
All visitors are required to pass through a security screening with a metal detector before entering the Colosseum. This procedure is mandatory for everyone.
Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and are not eligible for a refund.
The following items are not permitted inside the Colosseum: large backpacks, large bags or luggage, pets, weapons, sharp objects, alcohol, drugs, spray cans, and glass containers.

This tour involves a considerable amount of walking over uneven terrain, cobblestones, and steps, particularly within the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended. Due to the route and the archaeological site's terrain, this experience is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with significant mobility limitations or those recovering from recent surgery.
