Very disappointing

I never received any train tickets. When I showed the train company the ticket Viator sent me, they had no idea what that was. $37 times 4 was wasted. We had to buy train tickets on our own. And we could not find the hop on hop off locations. Lost approx $140. Would not recommend doing this. Just get to the train station and they will help you purchase the ticket.

There were no instructions for the train had to purchase additional tickets at 15 euro each to make back to the cruise ship. The link for instructions did not work and everything was in Italian on the ticket. Nobody to help at train station. I felt stranded in a foreign country.
