Location and time problems

The car was prompt and the driver was nice. The problem is with the booking process and operator. The booking confirmation did not confirm the time or location of the pickup. Ut gave some random address. I had to message the operator. Then month later when it was time for our trip, the reminders, tickets and directions were to some random address with a specified time. I again messaged the operator and he was extremely rude and unprofessional because I asked to confirm again. Would not recommend this operator if you have another choice.

Viator don't give us the option to leave you to text the pickup location and the pickup time. So we have the chat for this. And you better us with 6 times asking for the confirmation. Of course I will be rude when you don't understand. Please next time use uber or the train, please

Overpriced transfer

I asked for a quote from the pier to our hotel in Rome. I am quoted 140 - then when I confirm it is 280. I am told the 140 is a starting price. I am told I can try a starting price of 130, but won’t be “top rated”. Then “confirmed “ at 260 - then not available for the pick up time we need. What a run around.

The price it was it is, nobody obligate you to book. We charging what we charging because we know what we offering. Next time get the bus or the train it's cheaper. People like you what are spending thousands in flights and cruise don't have the right to complain about my price's.

Georgian was on time and gave us great tour on the way to cruise ship. He even called and asked if we wanted a o be picked up earlier. Car was clean, comfortable and learned that the Vatican is its own country. Excellent customer service! I will recommend him to family and friends. A+

Punctual, smooth ride to our cruise

The company was great about communicating and confirming our pick up time. The driver was very punctual. He brought us from our hotel near the Vatican to Civitavecchia for our cruise. We made good time, the vehicle was spacious and comfortable. The seat configuration four our eight person group was two sets of three seats facing each other in the back and two more passenger seats in front next to the driver. I have no issues with riding backwards and had a relaxing trip, but it is worth mentioning in case others are sensitive to that kind of motion.

Above and Beyond Service

This was just an ordinary transfer from a Rome hotel to the port cruise terminal. Until it wasn’t! Our driver was on time, and loaded our luggage before setting out for the port. Just as we were leaving Rome’s traffic congestion (about 15 minutes into an hour trip), we realized that one of our bags was still at the hotel! Panic quickly set in. A call was made to the hotel, and the driver turned the car around. He got us back to the hotel, retrieved our forgotten bag, and made sure we arrived safely at the port with relatively little delay. Yes, he pushed a few traffic laws. And yes, we were embarrassed and very apologetic. And yes, we tipped him VERY WELL to compensate for him missing his next passengers. Our driver, and the dispatcher for this service, went above and beyond in our desperate situation! Hopefully, you never have this happen to you. But if you do, these folks will have your back and get you through it!
