This was the best gelato class with a scientific approach! I learned so much about how and why gelato tastes so good! This was much better than the typical tourist cooking class with an in-depth business analysis and the gelato is truly top Teir!!!

We had such a wonderful time with Alberto! He was so knowledgeable, kind, and willing to answer all of our questions. He also was nice enough to give us some recommendations for places to go near where we are staying since we are staying a bit far from where his shop is located. Would definitely recommend!
