We had a fantastic time at this gelato and pizza making class in Rome! They were all so
incredibly welcoming and made everyone feel at ease from the start.
They catered perfectly to my gluten-free needs, which I really appreciated. The experience was fun and inclusive for all age, our children (9 and 11) were fully engaged and had an amazing time.

Great Experience making pizza and gelato in the center of Rome. My family had so much fun interacting with the other guests and the instructor who was so knowledgeable and so much fun to work with. She really kept the group on their toes, and gave us so many tips to bring home when making our own pizzas. So glad we decided to do this tour. Don't think twice about booking.

We loved this so much! My 12 year old said it was the highlight of his trip! It was such a nice break from the history and the walking plus it counted as our dinner that night. The gelato and pizza was so much fun to make and it was actually delicious! I would definitely recommend this activity, especially for families with kids.

We had the best time making Roman-style pizza and gelato. Marco was a wonderful instructor—very friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and encouraging. We would definitely love to have him and his assistant, Didi, again. The pizza was light and delicious—after making and kneading the dough, we personalized our pizzas with toppings of our choice. The gelato (which we made first) was also very good, and while they had a couple standard flavors (like vanilla), that day we also had the option of Nutella and coffee. They were all hits. We’ve done several cooking classes around Europe/Australia, and we all agreed this was one of our favorites.

We continue to be amazed and more than pleased at the excellent quality of our “make it, eat it” events through Viator. This was no exception! We found the location easily and were warmly welcomed by the young men who ran the show.
Our instructor Marco and his assistant Rubel beautifully orchestrated our group of 11 as we first prepared our gelato so it would have time to freeze by the end of our meal. Then we began the process of making our own pizza crust before adding numerous toppings that were available.
Marco’s instructions were modeled so we could follow along each step of the process. Then we watched as Marco and Rubel slid our pizzas into the very hot oven for their brief cooking time, then they were done and we were ready to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
Tasty wine, our homemade pizza and two kinds of gelato made for the perfect meal, thanks to Marco and Rubel and the fabulous ingredients! A fantastic and fun experience!

Brilliant and memorable evening. Great teacher and the class was both fun and informative. Relaxed atmosphere, great location and the food at the end was delicious. As a bonus you are also given the recipes for your course and others. A friend recommended it to me and I have no hesitation recommending it to others. A great and unique memory of our time in Rome. This was a lifetime experience and a highlight of our trip! Super unexpected! Hanging in Rome I got the idea that I wanted to heighten my life skills and learn how to make some pizza. Turns out anyone can be taught in one evening how to make an awesome pie, drink some wine, and make some friends. I’ve made pizza 4 times in the past month thanks to this class. Great instructors, easy to get to, and so worth the price. Thankful!

Such a fun way to kick off our Rome adventure! The class size was perfect and it was great getting to interact with other travelers. Our chef was so much fun and was easy to follow. He also gave us great recommendations for pizza places!

My wife, teenage son any myself just came back from a family vacation, where we too part in the Pizza and Gelato making class.
We had a great time!
Our chef/instructor (Julio I believe?) was patient and informative...definitely very good

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. Marco was awesome and did a great job explaining everything to the group. Our group was all adults but this is an activity for couples, friends and families of all ages. They provided prosecco while we cooked and white/red wine while we ate. The Gelato and Pizza were delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Alessandro and other staff was so friendly and helpful. Really informative but fun at the same time. Delicious food and drink, prosecco and bruschetta were a nice extra touch. It was so good that we rebooked for pasta and tiramisu making the following evening!

It was such a fabulous experience making gelato (choose from vanilla, chocolate or Nutella) and pizza (topping to choose from were spicy salami, arugula, red onion, mushrooms, and zucchini). Hostess was so friendly, upbeat and ensure everyone was understanding the steps to make the food. Her partner kept all stations cleaned, refilled and our beverages flowing. Met a wonderful family from Australia. Would recommend to do! Class is so close to the Pantheon!

Truly "The Cherry on Top" part of our trip!!!! We took a Pizza and Gelato Making Class in the Heart of Rome at InRome Cooking Classes, truly an incredible experience for our family! We all learned so much, and we were with other families in the class as well and felt as if we were the only ones!
Chef Simone was so kind, funny and informative! He showed us why Romans make the pizza they make, how to make the sauce, and how to bake the pizza's in the oven. We tried our hand at Gelato too - genius! Such a great part of our trip!!!! Totally made the TOP of our list! Completely WORTH IT!!!! Such a fun experience, doing something off the beaten path, and so fun!!!! Our Pizza we made was THE BEST PIZZA we had in Rome!!!! Thin, crispy, enough sauce, basil, mozzarella, perfection!
The Gelato was out of this world too!!!! Rich and creamy! So fun to work with others, and with our family making something to eat and share! If you are looking for a unique experience to give you true credibility with your group, family and/or friends - this is truly a HOME RUN EXPERIENCE!!!! This will be a story of yours told for years to come!!!
Try to get Chef Simone, you would be so happy you did!!!!! He's great with kids, adults, those who can't stir, and those who think they can! LOL!!!! Super fun!!!! Enjoy yourself and have fun!!!! When in Rome....
