Great class and Authentic Gelato!

The class was great. Our teacher was very nice and verybsweet/patient with my 7 year old daughter! We had a great time! Only reason for a 4 was that the directions to find the class were terrible! There was no numeric address and the Google Maps link had us about 200 yards away down the street near the Hotel 51... We FINALLY found it after 30 minutes of asking everyone... But all was good. Gelato was amazing and we can't wait to make it at Home!

Oh wow! This was just a really fun and experience. Our chef taught us how to make the gelato base of fior de latte then add in chocolate for stracciatella. We also learned the difference between ice cream and gelato and sorbetto. Highly recommend this for some light hearted fun!

We had a great time, the teacher was a nice guy who taught us how to make a basic Gelato base. Then mix in chocolate . It was delicious. Then we got to try all the Gelato in the shop - it was also delicious 😋 And so much fun
