Giovanna, our hostess, was exceptional! She made my husband and me feel at home. We had fun learning how to make homemade cavatelli, Italian appetizers and Tiramisu'! The company, conversation & wine was free flowing and enticing. We recommend this exquisite Italian cooking class 100%. The best meal we've had in Roma! Almost forgot... the sauce recipe was fabulous. I won't spoil the surprise, but LOVED it! Grazie Bella! Magnifico!

Great experience from a local that's travelled through Italy

Great experience with our host Emma, gained a local's experience on Italian cuisine, coffee culture and wine. Our experience began with some coffee, then we started rolling fresh gnocchi, cooked with a simple tomato and mozzarella/parmesan sauce. For our first course, we prepared a Tuscany style sausage and cheese bruschetta, talking through the simplicity of the recipes but passed down through tradition. Then we had our fresh gnnochi with Roman wine and finished with tiramisu prepared in advanced by Emma. Great experience overall and was a friendly host with a beautiful home. Emma has lived all throughout Italy and brings tons of knowledge of different regional foods. Definitely recommend this experience!
