The location was good, right in the centre of Rome. We had Fabrizio as our teacher and he was entertaining, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a good laugh throughout but it was clear that Fabrizio was a genuine professional and he made sure we received lots of information and tips on making pasta, pasta fillings and also sauces. Some nice wee extra touches throughout. This booking was for my wife’s birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

I recommended the pasta-making experience at Pastamania to some guests who were visiting Italy, and they absolutely loved it. Amazing experience! During the cooking class we learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and explained every step with passion. At the end we all sat together and enjoyed the pasta we had made. Simple, authentic, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a true Italian experience!

We had the most amazing experience. Fabrizio was funny and very knowledgeable. The class was fun, warm, and engaging! It was my birthday and he even surprised me with candles and a special treat! I would absolutely do the class again. Worth every penny spent! The pasta was also great!

This experience started off rocky. Instructions to find the location were unclear. The picture from the Maps was different. There was no cat? (I guess this was ann antremot ant being cutesy in order to find the location but it was a fail). And the entrance is in a very dark alley that is easily missed. We walked by it several times, there is no signage, and none of the businesses close by on the main roads are familiar with it. There was no number to call, apparently they attempted to call me to ask if I was going to be on time after the experience had already started. However I don’t use what’s app, so that was a fail.
Ultimately after settling my frustrated nerves, Giorgio was helpful in learning to make pasta from scratch. It was an okay experience, not very exciting or entertaining if that’s what you’re looking for, very calm and to the point. A little boring.
I would try again somewhere else with another vendor.

this experience was really good. it was a relaxed atmosphere with our chef fabrizio making everyone at ease and feel very welcome. it was both fun and informative. a lovely experience to share with your partner, friends or on your own to meet new people. pasta, wine, good company and good times.

We had an amazing time! Our host, Christian, was energetic, eager, and felt more like a fun cousin than a formal instructor. He immediately put everyone at ease, making the pasta-making process easy to follow and enjoyable for all. Our group included two grandparents in their 80s, two adult children (18 and 22), and my spouse and me, and every single person had a fantastic time. We loved spending the evening with the other guests (hello New Zealand and local Romans!), enjoying incredible pasta and sauces, everything was so delicious. My one regret was not buying the chitarra pasta maker, please don’t make the same mistake, be sure to purchase it!

I loved learning but the best is that the pasta becomes actually really good and tasty. Super fun and also receiving biscuits, wine, dessert and limoncello is a special treat! Shout out to the instructor who was alone in our night and even alone was able to handle 20+ with excellence.

Fabrizio was awesome! I brought my 9 year old son with me. Fabrizio was very accommodating and helpful with his teaching. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Fun experience, and tasting our food at the end was the cherry on top.

Absolutely amazing! Only rating 5 ⭐️, because I can’t more! We’ve been through a pretty epic eye Europe trip over the last two weeks and my boys said this was the highlight of Rome (even over The Colosseum! Luca made the experience better and was able to connect with our 9 and 15 year old as well as an older couple in our group! My boys want to do it again, but will be a good reason to come back to Rome!

The cooking class was absolutely worth it! We came in with no expectations, however we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and the entertainment that we received. The chef was really friendly and cool. He made sure everyone had the best time and got the most out of this experience. The atmosphere was warm and vibrant. It was one of the best activities we did in Rome!!!

Absolutely great experience learning how to cook pasta with Fabrizio. We cooked three kinds of pasta starting from just flour and eggs. The chef shared advices how to make pasta at home and store it. At the end, we have got a surprise dessert from him 🍮

This was so interesting and fun to learn how to make fresh pasta! Giorgio was such a great teacher and made everything really easy. We made fettuccini, ravioli, and another stuffed pasta shape that I’m forgetting the name of. He did a great demo of how to make the sauces, plated our meals beautifully (with very generous portions), and we ate the fettuccini with a tomato sauce and the stuffed pastas with a butter sage sauce along with wine and soda for my kids.

Fabrizio was awesome and personable and we had such a great time and learned so much. Pasta tasted incredible and the location and setting was super fun. Definitely a must do when in Rome.
