Private Transfer from Rome to the Airport

We booked a private transfer from our hotel in Rome to Fiumicino Airport and it was absolutely seamless from start to finish. The driver arrived a few minutes early, helped us with our luggage and the vehicle was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The ride was smooth, stress free and we arrived at the airport on time without any hassle. I would highly recommend this private transfer to anyone travelling to or from Rome.

We asked for a 6:00 am pickup from our hotel and the driver arrived 10 mins early which was great. As all there driviers very pleasant and social able very glad to use again

Never book with viator

I booked this transfer from hotel to FCO airport in advance. While booking, the site asks for flight information including airline, flight number, and time of flight. After completing the booking, I got confirmation of the activity without the details of booking. On the day of travel, my flight was scheduled at 6 am takeoff. I was expecting a call or text or email at least 24 hours in advance confirming pick-up time. All I got was confirmation that my cc was charged. Well, the driver never showed up. By 3 am I called the operator and they stated that pickup time is scheduled at 6 am (same as my flight time). So, I called a local taxi and went to airport. I called Viator via WhatsApp and they were trying to tell me that they can't refund because I'm cancelling less than 24 hrs. I told them it's not my fault that between them and the local operator they can't figure out travel logestics. I'm giving Viator 7 days to see a refund before I file a complaint with my cc. My advise is not to book with viator airport or port transportation. Coordinate with your hotel and they will do a better job for the same price.

I'm sorry you entered the pick-up time at 6:00 and not 3 in the morning (time you called me) if you wanted to change the departure time just call or write me a message and it would have been done in addition you wanted to drink alcohol in the car which is very forbidden
