Got ripped off! Don't book this one!

A luxury MB sedan was ordered and paid for, what showed up was a Renult Van! Very uncomfortable and embarrassing! I had to wait 15 minutes for driver at airport at meeting point. Then I had to walk a very long distance back through the airport to get to the van! Supposed to be English speaking. The driver did NOT speak English. No water offered. NOT THE LUXURY PACKAGE ORDERED! Bad operator VIATOR!

The car type that was promised was not provided. We reserved a Mercedes sedan or equivalent and we got a 9 passanget van. The driver walked very fast to a parking space very far from the luggage recieving area and he drove in an unsafe manner. The AC in the car did not work. Very unhappy with the experience

Is not our fault that the parking place is far from the arrival terminal. The air conditioning is working very well even because at 30° C it’s impossible to work without.
