This tour was meant to be from 6-8 but they could not accommodate this time so we were offered an 8pm-10 time. They were not ready until 825, and rushed the entire class and we finished at 920. It was not an authentic Italian cooking class by any means and the chef did everything for me. The bruschetta was sliced tomato on stale bread. I do not ever write reviews but this one needs it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify a few points for future guests. Your original booking was for our 6:00 PM session. As we were unfortunately unable to accommodate that time on the day, we contacted you in advance and offered the option of joining the 8:00 PM class instead. You kindly accepted this change, and had the new time not been convenient, we would have happily cancelled your reservation. Regarding the start time, we do allow a short grace period for late-arriving guests, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. This ensures fairness to all participants who have booked the experience. Other clients were late, and this is why the class started late. You were informed of that. The cooking class itself last approximately one hour (as you also said), exactly as described on our Viator listing (if you read it). The advertised two-hour experience includes both the hands-on cooking class and reserved time at the restaurant to enjoy the dishes prepared. Our classes are designed to be interactive and suitable for guests of all cooking abilities. Our chef guides participants throughout the experience and may demonstrate techniques or provide assistance when needed to ensure everyone achieves the best possible results otherwise you would have had nothing to eat, you probably just needed extra help :) As for the bruschetta, that is what a bruschetta is ...prepared with fresh tomatoes and toasted bread, which is a classic Italian recipe. We can't change traditional recipes, also don't really know what you expected? Sushi? We were particularly surprised by your review because, at the end of the class, you thanked our chef and told us you had enjoyed the experience. We always welcome feedback during or immediately after the class, as it gives us the opportunity to address any concerns on the spot. While we respect that experiences are subjective, we believe the class was delivered as advertised, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
