Our tour guide Giuseppe was amazing! Super informative and kind. We stopped at so many local spots and the food and wine at every spot was delicious. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the local flavors of Rome!

Great tour guide but the tour itself was not great.

We have done this tour before and it was awesome. We had many stops for different courses of food. However this time we went to our first stop and had to stand and were offered fried food. Then we walked quite a while to get to our second stop. We were offered more fried food and bread and by the time the pasta came we were not hungry. Then Another long walk for gelato. Overall we love the idea but would have preferred multiple restaurants with different food choices.

Caria was really good! We had good wine mostly apart from the fish course but was fine as she gave us a soft drink and also then my husband didn’t want too much wine so the last course was with a beer for him She was very knowledgeable and very nice to learn general Italian customs Highly recommend this tour as we had a great time with our group as well

Well - I tried to add a photo - but every time a different photo attached ??? Anyway - the food tour was awesome - the guide was easy to understand and the food was delicious. We had walked all day and our feet were hurting so it would have been much better if we could have sat at the place we visited. Some of us thought it was a bit much on the fried food. The last place where we had the pasta was so so good! The wine was great throughout the tour.

I had a very nice evening with Catia and two other couples. She took us to several shops and restaurants, my favorite being the first stop for cheese and wine. I also enjoyed the "surprise" stop, which I won't give away here. I thought the food at the restaurant was decent but it was not the best I have had. I enjoyed learning some history and seeing some interesting places to return to later. There was plenty of food and I was certainly full by the time we finished.

This tour is a must!

We had the best time on this tour. It was our first night in Rome and the experience was unbelievable. There were three of us on the tour and Giuseppe is a master tour operator. He has endless knowledge of Rome and the restaurants that we visited were top notch. I would recommend this tour with Giuseppe to anyone coming to Rome.

First visit for Prosecco & Cheese was excellent with fantastic knowledge & excellent product.2nd visit was for deep fried cod & frascati - generous portions & tasty.next visit was salami & red wine which was very good with a big selection of salami.Dinner was really good - big portions & very tasty.Finally our gelato visit was a great way to end the night.Our guide Adrian ( from Albania )was a really friendly family man with good local knowledge about the food and all the locations we visited.I would highly recommend this tour as it is exceptional value for money.Thank you

Best food tour in Rome!

We had such a blast with the group and our tour guide on this tour. We did this tour on our first night in Rome, and were so glad we stared our visit this way. While we did many other tours over the next 4 days and saw all the major sites, we both agreed this was our favorite activity. Our guide, Marcello, was so fun and informative, not to mention knowledgeable about the city, local tips, and even helped us learn the proper Italian hand-motions for common phrases. The other people on our tour became fast friends, even ended the night exchanging information. As for the food, we were stuffed by the end of the night. Wine was paired with each new food and at the sit-down dinner at the last location, there was more than you could eat or drink. Overall, we give this tour and it's guide Marcello 5 stars!

This was by far the best tour. Our tour guy was very good. We ate enough food in several places. We were with our 11 year old son and he had fun too. The walking was not bad at all.
