It was a long day but well worth it. Raffaela was wonderful. Pompeii is interesting and incredible. The drive to Positano was amazingly beautiful.

The assistant did not take us to Positano!

I was not taken to Positano. Instead we were taken to Amalfi because the assistant said road to Positano is closed because the mountain collapsed. I paid to take my family to Positano. This is ridiculous and unacceptable since the title of the tour is Pompeii and Positano.

Due to unforeseen circumstances with the road closure, we offered an alternative to Amalfi, which you agreed to. We also extended the tour duration by 2.5 hours at no extra cost to ensure a fulfilling experience. We're sorry that one of your children experienced car sickness, which impacted the trip. Great experience and a wonder tour

This was the first time we booked a private tour with the company in Rome. We didn't know the company and we weren't sure if the service would be good or not. In the end, though, we were pleasantly surprised at the services provided by Alexandra. He was extremely courteous, very thoughtful, and above all, he was a great driver who took safety as his highest priority even when it comes to what he ate at lunch so he wouldn't feel drowsy when driving. We had a wonderful experience with this tour and we're very thankful to Alexandra for his great services. The time we spent in Pompeii was reasonable, but we wished we had a bit more time in Positano, but due to the amount of driving on the road from and to Rome and the time we spent on our lunch we understand that it was't unexpected. We highly recommend this company and this particular tour.
