Audio guide is basic

Even though this wasn’t a skip the line, since had tickets and they are strict about the entrance times on the tickets we didn’t have to wait long.

No such thing as skip the line for Colosseum!

We booked skip the line, but had to join a long queue. Were told skip the line is for ticket sales only and not security check. What rubbish. Others in tour groups were going through a different line without waiting and straight through the security check. Staff were not helpful no doubt sick of people asking where the skip the line ticket buyers got in when there was no such thing. Bad and deceitful advertising. Go to Colosseum for sure but don't pay Viator extra money for nothing!

Fast, efficient tickets sent over digitally with our names. Showed them and passports at door, got our arena access stickers, and headed to security. Note that all skip the line tickets still need to go through security; we lucked out with only a 3 minute wait.
