Great Self Guide Option

Easy to find the guide and get tickets. From there you go through the Colosseum without a guide but have access to an audio tour via your phone. Definitely preferred doing the Colosseum self guided.

You live and your learn. I read that this might be a total hustle and it was. First, it was nearly impossible to find the representative. We finally did and he said they do nothing for children (even though the voucher through Viator clearly says 2 children). Then we did get into the Colosseum but one of the guards questioned this and at the Forum, after waiting in 90 degree heat, we were denied admissions because we didn't have child tickets. So disappointing. We will never use this service again.

Everybody knows the children tickets are inside. Our representative told you many times, No one has children tickets , You have to collect it inside. You have to follow the instruction ............ please bring ID /passport or the photo of ID/passport to enter. If you foregate it , You will not get inside... Thank you.......
