Great history of Colosseum, Forum and Palatine hill

Paula was excellent, extremely knowledgeable, went out of her way to ensure a positive experience. Expert level.was a great tour, one item i would have expected was entrance tickets to the Colosseum in advance and not to have to wait on line (however while we waited, Paula gave us detailed history)

It doesn’t make sense that we don’t keep our skip the line tour and just don’t see the arena floor. Even though we were informed a few days early, it wasn’t clear that we’d spend an hour in line to get tickets because realistically our tour was cancelled.

However, we would like to remind you that we informed all our guests a few days before the tour, following an unexpected decision by the Colosseum management that affected all tour operators. We did our best to notify you in advance and issued a refund for the part of the visit that could not take place. Since we didn’t receive any comments about the tour content or the guide, we are glad to think that you still enjoyed the experience overall.
