i bought the tickets to the gallery months ahead of our scheduled visit to Rome, rec'd a confirmation and my credit card was charged. Two weeks before our trip, I rec'd a WhatsApp message from the Gallery that a 'glitch' had occurred on the website and there were no tickets available.

Instructions on meeting not clear. When we went inside someone finally told us to go outside in the shade to find a guide to explain how we get in with our skip the line tickets. Told we had to check a bag that was a reasonable size that fit the sign they provided. Not happy because we carry an EpiPen!

While you can just show up and wait in a line this is the way to go. Our experience at the Gallery was exceptional. A must see for anyone in Rome. Truly magnificent.

The museum and gardens are magnificent - I am not sure it was worth 4 times the normal price to buy a “skip the line ticket”. If you can book a ticket in advance on your own, then do it. This activity does not come with a recorded or guided tour; it’s just a ticket.

Avevo prenotato in largo anticipo una visita a Galleria Borghese con biglietti salta la fila per il 3.05.25 alle h. 13.00. Costo € 152,00. Mi sono state inviate nei giorni precedenti ben 3 e mail di conferma. Lo stesso giorno 40 min prima dell'orario di visita mi è stata inviata una e mail, che ho potuto leggere solo perché ho account di posta sul telefonino che il tour operator per problemi tecnici non aveva potuto emettere i biglietti. Non è stato possibile vedere la Galleria perché c'erano lunghe file ed il 3.05.25 era l'ultimo giorno di permanenza a Roma. Attendo il rimborso dei biglietti. J'ai acheté des billets d'entrée sur votre site mais nous n'avons pas pu y aller car vous n'aviez pas de billets disponibles. Si le remboursement a été rapide, je suis quand même fâchée de cette pratique qui consiste à vendre des billets que vous n'avez pas. De plus, si je vous avez pas contacté par mail ET par téléphone, je n'aurais pas été informée de l'absence de ces billets car on reçoit des mails que pour télécharger des billets qui n'existent pas au lieu de nous informer que nous n'iront pas à la visite.
