The meeting point is Piazzale del Museo Borghese, just outside the main entrance (small door) of Borghese Gallery. Reach it via Metro Line A to "Spagna" (20-min walk), bus (52, 53, 83, or 360), or taxi. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to meet our coordinator holding a blue BIBBOTOURS flag.

- The Borghese Gallery is accessible to wheelchair visitors. The main entrance is equipped with a stairlift while the first floor, which houses the art gallery, has an elevator with limited space is available, but it is not suitable for large wheelchairs. To address this, the gallery provides wheelchairs compatible with the elevator, enabling visitors to access the upper floor. More comfortable wheelchairs are available on the first floor to continue the visit. As for strollers, the Borghese Gallery allows access to strollers for children up to two years old.

Generally smooth but they didn’t show up at meeting point and made me very worried! I wish like other tours we booked they let me know at least a day in advance that they are sending me PDF tickets
Rather than all was god and smooth
You are lucky your colleagues ( other vendors) backed you up when they saw us panicked they you are not there

A small but important clarification: you purchased skip-the-line tickets, not a guided tour — so there is no meeting point or guide included in this service. Our role is to provide valid access tickets, which we did. We understand the tickets arrived closer to entry time than you would have preferred, and we'll take that on board for earlier delivery in future.
That said, any concern at the entrance would have come from a misunderstanding of what was booked. We encourage guests to review their booking details ahead of time — this helps avoid unnecessary stress on the day.

I booked a semi-private tour of the Borghese Gallery and it was fabulous. There were five of us. Our guide, Dimitri, is a tour guide with Your Local X tour agency and he was wonderful. Dimitri was extremely knowledgeable about the art pieces in the Borghese. His vivid commentary brought Bernini and Caravaggio to life as well as many of the other artists presented there. It was such a pleasure to tour with him! The Borghese Gallery is a very special place.

First make advance reservations. We would recommend using a guide because there is so much art and sculptures to see. This is a must place to visit. Ed our guide truly made this a great great experience. Took over 100 pictures there alone.

Wonderful small group (15 Pax) guided tour. Our tour guide Eddy was great, he gave extremely good explanations with a good sense of humour. No question remained unanswered. The guide and the coordinator were easy to find just 10 meters away from the museum entrance. Overall great experience.

We went on the two-hour tour of the Borghese Gallery with Eddie as our guide. After two weeks in Italy and multiple tours, Eddie was the best guide out of everyone. His enthusiasm, humor, and story-telling put him at the top of the list for us. We learned so much at the Borghese with Eddie, but in a fun and efficient way. Eddy was the best tour guide of all the tours we took in Rome. He made the gallery come alive with his stories and visual acting. We spent extra for the small group and it was worth it. I learned so much and it made understanding the other artworks easier to understand in other parts of Rome. My wife is an Art historian and she loved the tour and Eddy’s performances. Just wished the gallery would let us explore on our own afterwards. Highest recommendation!! You will not regret it!

The artwork in the Borgese Gallery is amazing. It rivals the best galleries of the world! The small size makes the experience comfortable and convenient. Our guide Stephen (spelling is a guess) was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve done lots of guided tours and Stephen was top notch, one of the best I’ve ever had. We only booked this tour because the cheap tickets one can buy without a guide where impossible to get from a computer in the USA. The IT government website would not work for us. It’s a good thing we had to purchase this guided experience because the information really brought the museum to life! This is a wonderful tour and a must do activity.

A not to be missed tour. The recollections were amazing of course. It was a real treat to admire so many masterpieces under one roof. Eddy, our guide, was simply a jewel! This was an amazing tour. Riccardo was fascinating and so knowledgeable. Beyond only explaining the artwork he also educated us about the development of art and provided guidance that helped us to appreciate future exhibits also. I wish I had done a tour with him earlier in my trip. The museum is beautiful, and holds some truly stunning artwork. I wish only that the museum allowed a visit of more than 2 hours, I could have stayed much longer.

Meeting the guide was easy and as described, we were running a bit close to the wire arriving and were able to communicate with the guide. Valera was a very good guide. The guide’s talking points were long histories of the museum’s most famous works, very little was said about anything else, so you may want to do your own research in advance if you want to appreciate the other works. All in all, a nice tour focusing on the greatest hits if that’s what you’re interested in, maybe find another one if you would like a tour that covers more artworks.

Our tour day began with a ‘hiccup’…with road construction and pauses in traffic for police escorts, we were running late to meet our tour group!!! I contacted our guide about our dilemma and ask if we could join them at a later time.
This tour company went the extra mile…spoke with our taxi driver about the best/closest drop-off, met us at the car, escorted us into the Borghese Gallery, secured an elevator ride for my 92 year old mother (and me) to join our group as quickly as possible…wow…big thank you!!!
And then, our tour guide was fabulous!!!

Great communication before tour and meeting point well-marked and easy to find. Dimitri, our guide was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic—his love for the works was contagious. Museum is gorgeous and because attendance is controlled, we were able to see the works up close and were not rushed. They are serious about the two hour time limit in the museum but it is ample time to view the works. One of the best tours/museum experiences I have had. Thank you!
