We had a truly memorable time at our cooking class in Rome with Giuseppe! We enjoyed learning to create two authentic pasta dishes and a delectable tiramisu from scratch. The class included a casual glass of wine, and it was a joy to sit down and savor the meal we prepared together. Giuseppe was an outstanding instructor – his patience and ability to connect with our kids were especially impressive. He was also very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, making the learning process both educational and fun. This class is an absolute must-do for anyone visiting Rome!

In general, a cooking class when visiting Italy is a must. I chose this class as it offered a variety of pasta and desert teaching techniques. The instructor was patient and attentive throughout the course. In short, the class experience was fantastic!

I highly recommend this course. For several reasons. The chef Giuseppe is a professional. He explains everything in detail, step by step. He answers all your questions. He unravels the secrets of Italian cuisine for you. The chef is not only skilled in the kitchen, but his stories are fascinating. The welcome was warm and welcoming, the kitchen/workplace was spotless and cozy. The dishes we made were worthy of a 5-star restaurant. I enjoyed it and learned a lot about the pasta, the sauce and the desserts. This course will always stay with me. Highly recommended if you want to have a nice, fun evening and enjoy delicious meals that you made it yoursefl. 5/5*
