Stay away have not been operating since October 2025! Called Viator they are looking into. Requested full refund am out Money for parking.

Showed up 30 mins prior to our time to get on the boat. Stayed until 15 mins after and no boat ever showed up. We called the number for the operators but it went to voicemail. Very disappointing.

It was cancelled due to mechanical issues. Disappointed to get notice at the last minute as the message sounded like it had problems fot several days before our scheduled time.

The boat is very comfortable. The crew are really nice and customer oriented. And, the breakfast was really great.

Captain and crew were friendly and awesome. Second time going out with them and they have made the tours wonderful. We were able to catch a couple of whales. It was a great time.

The cruise was cancelled. I showed up but no one was there. So I called and was told a few minutes later that it was cancelled. I never got an email nor a phone call before I went to the pier. I left the area and went back to the hotel.

Crew was great. Friendly and always on the lookout for whales. Food on the trip was good. We caught a couple whales breaching. Incredible sight to see.

We had expectations of seeing whales and did we ever ! Although the captain stayed a distance from the whales, a mother and calf swam very close for viewing. We also saw other pods and some whales breached the surface exposing their tale. It was awesome.

The activity had to get moved two different times, but that didn’t honestly matter that much. We ended up going on the whale watching breakfast cruise.
Jaedyn made this an activity to remember. Super helpful crew and overall had a blast. The food was really good. It doesn’t matter if you get the French toast or the loco moco

The trip was good and the food was better than good. The waitress was super friendly and attentive to everyone’s needs. My only complaint would be that we didn’t see any whales, so that was disappointing. Even with that I would do this again.
