Worst luau experience and it was my first one. There was no food by the time we arrived and other people stated the food was cold. The alcoholic drinks were juice and the manager Todd claimed they were bringing out more food and never did, I have requested a refund on this experience because it was an absolute waste of money and ruined the last night of my trip.

DO NOT BOOK. Terrible food. Its slop served on paper plates from a high school cafeteria. The location is on an old driveway covered with fake grass around construction zone with yellow tape and warning signs. Food was cold and just horrible. Same for the pre show host. More like a high school musical. Another couple next to us arrives late and food was mostly gone. We left the show after an hour in to get an uber. There was a group of six who said by the time they got to the “buffet” it was completely out of food. DO NOT BOOK.

Horrible experience. They ran out of food immediately and that is completely unacceptable. I missed half of the show because of the issues with that. I also had the bus take off on me when I paid for transportation and there was no given time that they were leaving. Extremely disappointed. Worst luau experience ever

This was not my first luau. Food was average. Show was tame and boring. Setting did not look like pic in ad. Two stars is generous. Sorry.

It was very crowded and even though we got the upgrade to the Splash area and received 2 drink tickets each we were only able to get one because the lines were so long. Also the food wasn’t that great and we were told there was an” Arrayof desserts there was only 1inch squares of chocolate cake. I was expecting more especially for the price I paid.

Programming and entertainment was excellent. The food was ok. Not great. Had seating in the celebrity area which provided table service. Downside is it was a one time deal. If seconds or coffee was needed you had to get up and go get it yourself

Unless you buy the very expensive tickets you will sit way way way in the back. The food was not the best you also dont get to see the traditional way they make the pig nor do you see a pig. And the show was average. The pre activities they had were fun for the kids thats was probably the only part we liked.

Definitely not worth the money. Two tickets $300. Picked up and drove around town for an hour, late to the show. After arriving spent 20+mins in line just to get in. Paid for two drinks out of pocket, we chose the pineapple drinks, only for my daughter's pineapple to have a worm/caterpillar living in it. Very gross and killed our appetite. No apology just thrown another pineapple. Food was mediocre at best. Received multiple text messages before the show to upgrade or our seats would be the furthest from the stage, which they were. Very disappointing experience and not worth the money.

The show was amazing.
The transportation that was provided caused us to miss the opening activities. Our photo was not taken with the performers like everyone else. The pre show activities were over with when we arrived. We had to rush to eat before the show began.

It’s an excellent show with talented performers. My family and I thoroughly every performance. The venue is beautifully decorated and located right by the bay, adding to the ambiance. However, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. I was hoping for a more elaborate menu with a variety of dishes beyond the usual fried noodles, rice, grilled fish or chicken, or pulled pork.

The setting was nice, but because of the fencing, the stage, & just the way everything was set up there was no breeze, we just sat in the hot sun! When the sun set, there was only a slight relief from the heat. There was no water on the tables. Mango juice & water was placed at the very edge of the venue, only small cups were available. The food was only slightly better than terrible. The salad was iceberg lettuce with brown edges. There was a choice of white or brown rice, over cooked, dry, tasteless fish (I was told that it was aha tuna), over cooked boneless chicken thighs in a teriyaki sauce that somehow managed to be dry as well. The show was well done. Both of my grandchildren really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly & helpful. I don’t think it was worth the money overall.

The whole experience was really good, food was okay but the show was definitely worth it. We had great service and my whole family enjoyed the whole thing.

We decided to upgrade to the celebrity package with transport. Pick up and drop off were good.
There were a few activities to do before the show that were enjoyable.
Seats were good and a few rows away from the stage. The welcome mai tai given as the first drink didn't taste like there was much alcohol in it and two additional drinks vouchers were given.
The pre show was quite slow and the food was brought over to us rather than us waiting in line at the buffet, during the pre show. The food was warm and not as good as I'd hoped.
Once the proper show started, which lasts about an hour, things became a lot better. The performers were good and it was fast paced. The fire dance at the end was very good.
Overall, even with the slow start it was worth attending, but I don't think the celebrity package price tag is good value.

Paid $800 to sit in the rain and eat food that got wet. The show was fantastic but if people are paying that much for something it should be covered area. Line just to get a soft drink was over 40/45 mins.

Really expected an authentic experience and was sadly disappointed. We sat basically in a shopping area and were packed in. Public restrooms off to the side to use that were dirty. Food was ok. Luke warm. Show was mediocre.

Way too crowded. Couldn't see what was happening on the stage without standing up in the back. The "free" drinks were extremely limited selection - ended up paying $33 for 3 non-alcoholic drinks that weren't included in the choices. The food was mediocre and cold (I had the chicken which was overcooked and tough). I'm not a 'sweets' person, but I noticed the dessert was a 1" by 1" piece of chocolate cake. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is for the entertainment, which was 'just ok'. The Haka performance was the best part of the show and it was beautifully done.
