Island Splash tours was amazing. An intimate experience with a small group allowed personal attention to all. Preston, Trent, Benny, and Emma were fantastic. Personable, funny, welcoming, kind, and supportive. All the equipment was provided, in good shape, and the team was knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them!

I was extremely impressed with the snorkeling equipment. The captain and crew were very aware of the passengers and their needs. I also felt very safe as the crew (3) went in water with passengers.

Lovely experience with very knowledgeable guides! The boat was clean and drinks were supplied. The turtles decided they would participate, as did the dolphins and fish. Loved it.

Absolutely amazing tour! Staff were so friendly and informative. They were so kind and caring as a young solo traveller too checking in multiple times I was ok.
Saw lots of turtles and also got to hold a sea urchin! So much information and learnt so much about the wonderful sea life!

We were disappointed and underwhelmed with our experience. The crew tried however we were moved from 07.45 to 09.45 on the premise that nobody else booked the early tour. The 09.45 was packed to the maximum and it felt chaotic and way too busy to be enjoyable. You are obliged to swim in a pack which felt stressful in a group so big, added to other boats coming in and the waves. The group is so big you’re constantly fending off a flipper to the face rather than enjoying the turtles. Wouldn’t do again. This is probably not a reflection on the tour company but probably an overcrowding issue at turtle canyon, where they should probably restrict numbers. Crew were friendly, soft drinks were a nice touch.

We unfortunately cannot run a tour for only 2 people due to the costs of running a charter. Which is why we offered for you and your partner to move to a different time slot. We thank you for your understanding regarding our reef, Turtle Canyon, unfortunately we cannot control the crowds and other boats in the area, however our crew does their best to navigate the reef well so that our customers can have a great and magical experience. Again, mahalo for your compliments about our crew and we hope you have a wonderful rest of your vacation in Hawaii.

As soon as I went in the water there were fish all around! Super cool experience, I had so much fun. Captain even gives out an extra float if you feel like the life vest isn’t enough. Staff made sure everyone was ok at all times and they even brought up a sea urchin for people to hold! Will definite be coming back! 💯 recommend!!! So many different fish to see and we saw 6 turtles!!! 🐠🐢 Great for all ages :)

This was my first time snorkeling with flippers. It was amazing! The captain and instructors were great.
There are a lot of other boats in the same vicinity and they keep you grouped together so when turtles do come up, everyone is bumping into each other. That's the only part I didn't like. Other than that, it was pretty amazing to see how large the sea turtles are.

The team were really lovely and helpful. Was a nice boat, and they really took time to run through all the equipment and everything we'd need to know. During the snorkle time they had a bunch of team members in with us point out turtles and explaining about all the fish and other things we saw. Great time and really appreciate how lovely and friendly they all were.

Great experience! The staff were very informative and helpful. I and my son don’t know how to swim, however they made us feel comfortable. The ride to the ocean was great, we saw about a hundred fish & if not over 20 turtles! 🐢 AWESOME! Thank you all!

It goes to one spot and it’s crowded with lots of other tour groups. It has lots of turtles as advertised!
Snacks and drinks were mentioned in the ad but never offered.

Very professional crew and very friendly. Extremely thorough with their safety presentation before we entered the water and the snorkels were clean and were good quality. The boat was also clean and in excellent condition as it’s only 1 year old. Alex the skipper and main man was super friendly, polite and genuinely keen to show us a good time with the turtles. We felt really safe with the crew as they were looking after us in the water and keeping a watchful eye on everyone. The young lady whose name I unfortunately can’t remember gave us a wonderful presentation about the turtles and was super nice. Water and juice were included which was nice to have upon returning to the boat.
Overall it was a wonderful experience run by a very professional team! Thanks guys, a great one for the memories! 🥰
