It’s a lot of standing not a lot of walking, but it’s very informative. Our guide was Susan and she was great

Susan is a very nice lady with a nice way of telling you about the history of Hawaii.
It is a morning wel spend.

Susan gave us a warm, insightful walking tour on a grey rainy day with a full
history of the past of the kingdoms on the islands, alongside its unification under Kamehameha and the formation of modern Hawaii. We visited 4-5 main landmarks in a 1.5Km radius and covered the important stuff. Highly recommend!

It is a well-documented and presented history of Hawaii after European arrival. Susan, our guide, was excellent in detailing the chronology, the events, and the people. The focus was strictly around the central part of Honolulu, with all the historic and government buildings.
We recommend the tour, and specifically our guide, for 1.5 hours well spent; it gave us a good sense of the history and an excellent addition to the many hikes, sightseeing, and Polynesian history of the island(s).

I appreciated learning about King
Kamehameha and the history but too much talking and not enough walking. I thought we would stop at more sites than just 3
Wouldn’t recommend the tour
However Susan the tour guide was delightful

Aloha Elizabeth!
Our free tour walks you through 6 different historical sites around the area, not sure if you arrived late or maybe one/two of the sites were closed for maintenance for the day. The walk shouldve been less then 0.5 miles but if you wanted less talking and more walking, you couldv'e just walked around yourself.
