The guide on the double decker bus and host on the cruise is bilingual (English & Spanish), but the Airboat Tour is only in English.
In order to make it to your 4pm cruise, you will need to board the Double Decker Bus in South Beach no later than 2pm.
Boat check-in closes 5 minutes prior to departure. Customers arriving after this time will have to reschedule for a later time or another day, subject to availability.
All tours operate rain or shine
No pets, luggage or large bags are allowed

The drivers and guides were fine. The buses got us there but seemed to be nearing end of life. We have been on other everglades trips and this trip had the least actual wildlife viewing.
