Everything was so nice! The trail is beautiful with the ocean views & breeze. Our guide she was so nice (sorry bad with names) :) My horse was Maestro, such a good boy! 10/10 experience for a nice day date

My husband and I did for our anniversary and it was the best time!! Abby and Alex were so helpful and showed you exactly what to do!! Horses were gentle and listened really well!! I will definitely be doing this again!!

Those people who left one or two star reviews….not sure why because this was amazing. I took my girlfriend who had never ridden a horse before and this was beautiful. The views were breathtaking and the horses were amazing. As someone who has been riding horses for almost 20 years, the horses were phenomenal. They were well behaved, healthy, trained and loving. Trainers were amazing. Communicated well, were friendly and knew how to handle the horses. Highly recommend for a memorable experience.

Hi, I’m sorry you feel that way. We always do our best to make sure every rider has a great experience. After speaking with your tour guide, she explained that you arrived at approximately 1:25 PM for your 1:30 PM tour without your waivers completed. She tried to help you complete them on your phone, but your phone wasn’t working, and you mentioned that this was why you felt we should have paper waivers. All riders receive a reminder before their tour to complete their waiver in advance to help ensure an on-time departure. When your phone wasn’t working, the guide offered you her phone to finish the process. However, when it came time to upload your ID, you let her know you didn’t have it with you. By that point, it was around 1:45 PM. Since a valid ID is required and the rest of the group was ready to depart, she had to leave with the other riders. She advised you that the tour would need to be rescheduled. To try to accommodate you, I personally reached out and offered to move your reservation to our 4:00 PM tour that same day. Unfortunately, instead of accepting the reschedule, you told our morning tour guide that you would dispute the charge. We understand that the situation was frustrating, but we followed our policies, which are provided before booking and in our reminder messages. We genuinely tried to accommodate you by offering another tour later that day.

We had such a wonderful experience on this guided horseback tour! The horses were calm, well cared for, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. A special thank you to our guide, who was a friendly French woman with such a warm personality. She made everyone feel comfortable, shared interesting information along the ride, and even stopped several times to take photos for us without us having to ask. Those little touches really made the experience feel special. If you're looking for a fun, relaxing horseback ride with exceptional service, I highly recommend this tour. We'd definitely do it again!

It was my first time being on water with a horse, so I was a little apprehensive about going in the water but I had no control over it and I just accepted and relaxed while Luna ( my horse) eased into it following Dakota. My guide directed me to go around the rocks, she was top notch and gave us an experience we will never forget we really enjoyed our time and continued to talk about our adventure well into our routine lives. This was a good horseback riding experience. The tour operators were very friendly and knowledgeable, and took care to make sure everyone was safe and doing well. I loved walking on the beach and looking out at the ocean. My horse was great! Loved this experience!

We had such an amazing horse riding experience! Our tour guide Gabi was incredibly professional, friendly, and so interesting to talk to — she made the whole experience even more special. The horses were smart, gentle, very well cared for, and clearly loved. The views were absolutely beautiful and the entire ride felt unforgettable. We truly enjoyed every minute of it! We will definitely come back again next time we visit. Highly recommend this experience to everyone!

I truly enjoyed the horseback riding experience itself. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and the horses were well cared for calm, healthy, and easy to ride. However, the booking experience was disappointing. Katherine admitted 2 days before that our time slot had been completely mishandled, which forced us to rearrange our plans on short notice. While we were able to make it work, it was still very inconvenient. What stood out most was that instead of offering any kind of accommodation or solution, she encouraged us to cancel altogether. I chose to still go, but in hindsight I probably should have canceled based on how the situation was handled. Future customers should be aware that scheduling issues may not be resolved in a customer-focused way. I did not feel like a valued customer.

Thank you for your feedback, This is Katherine, and I truly apologize that I missed the final update to your reservation after the 4-5 changes that were made. After the last amendment was made, I texted you the following day to let you know we had you saved for the other time you had booked because I unfortunately did not see that the time had been changed again afterwards which was 2 days before your reservation date. I also want to clarify that when I mentioned offering a full refund, it was never to make you feel forced into choosing only one time slot. I simply wanted to let you know that if the time you had originally chosen no longer worked for you, we were more than happy to fully refund your reservation, which I explained this to you in our initial conversation. Again, I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding.

A unique experience but overpriced for a one-hour walk on a horse. No history on the Virginia Keys was provided, other than what you could manage to read off the placards as you were passing by on your horse. Would have liked to have stopped at each one to read it properly if I had known there would be no other information provided. Horses were calm.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our tour is a one-hour guided horseback ride through the beach and trails, just as advertised. Along the way, we do stop briefly (about 2–3 minutes) at the signs; however, we don’t stop to read every sign in detail. Since many of our guests are first-time or beginner riders, frequent stops can make the horses anxious, and stopping at every sign would prevent us from completing the full tour. Guests are always welcome to walk back to the signs afterward to read them at their own pace or visit the historical building for more information. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope this helps clarify the experience for future guests. Thank you!
