Those people who left one or two star reviews….not sure why because this was amazing. I took my girlfriend who had never ridden a horse before and this was beautiful. The views were breathtaking and the horses were amazing. As someone who has been riding horses for almost 20 years, the horses were phenomenal. They were well behaved, healthy, trained and loving. Trainers were amazing. Communicated well, were friendly and knew how to handle the horses. Highly recommend for a memorable experience.

A unique experience but overpriced for a one-hour walk on a horse. No history on the Virginia Keys was provided, other than what you could manage to read off the placards as you were passing by on your horse. Would have liked to have stopped at each one to read it properly if I had known there would be no other information provided. Horses were calm.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our tour is a one-hour guided horseback ride through the beach and trails, just as advertised. Along the way, we do stop briefly (about 2–3 minutes) at the signs; however, we don’t stop to read every sign in detail. Since many of our guests are first-time or beginner riders, frequent stops can make the horses anxious, and stopping at every sign would prevent us from completing the full tour. Guests are always welcome to walk back to the signs afterward to read them at their own pace or visit the historical building for more information. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope this helps clarify the experience for future guests. Thank you!

This was such a wonderful experiences. The horses were beautiful. Our guy was super sweet. She took photos. She did amazing job. She showed us how to write it and control the horse. If you want. A beautiful scenic tour, horseback ride. This is definitely the one. Definitely going back with my kids to do the tour again.

DO NOT BOOK this if you are over the weight restrictions listed in the additional info. They will refuse to give you a refund. It’s does not state anywhere in the additional info or cancellation policy that you can’t receive a refund if you are over the weight restrictions! This was definitely a SCAM and I don’t recommend booking with them. It needs to be added that if you are OVER the weight restrictions and book anyways, you WILL NOT receive a refund. Also the weight restrictions should not be listed under additional info as most people will not check that. It needs to be on the main page where people will see it and not book!

We maintain a very strict weight policy for the safety and well-being of our horses. You booked the tour with full knowledge of this policy, and if you had not taken the spot, it could have been made available to another guest. This is not a scam—as you know, your friend successfully participated in the tour. We would also like to note that we offered you a credit valid for two years, to which we have not received a response. Thank you for your understanding.

Despite the late arrival, our team offered you the option to reschedule with no late fee applied. You chose not to take advantage of that option. Upon arrival my daughter and I were literally attacked by mosquitoes - it was so bad we couldn’t stay! There are natural remedies to use to prevent mosquitoes (which I shared), they carry diseases so this is not cool. Also they didn’t seem organized and the horses didn’t look well.

(Like now) While the park itself takes reasonable steps to manage mosquitos, it’s important to note that mosquitoes are a natural part of the outdoor ecosystem, and unfortunately, we are unable to fully eliminate or control their presence. We let our customers know to bring mosquitos repellent because there are mosquitos. Furthermore, we do apologize but we completely disagree with your comment on our horses. Our horses are in great shape and well fed. Fat and healthy. That is something we take great pride in. Anyone who knows anything about horses will completely notice that. You were on site for 10 minutes, bought a straw hat and decided to leave without telling the tour guide anything. I’m sorry for this inconvenience, Thank you

Katherine was amazinggggg! She did an amazing job of explaining how to handle our horses and took us on a beautiful tour. I was even a couple minutes late and she waited on me which made my 21st birthday very special. She was patient, friendly, and overall amazing. I would definitely book this tour again. This was my first time horseback riding and I had a blast thanks in large part to our tour guide Alex. Also, I was paired up with Nash and we got along like two peas and a pod. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.
