Sandra was really everything!! She was high energy (but not overwhelming), funny and vey knowledgeable of the area and little unknown facts. We really enjoyed our tour and it was a great way to start the day. We found a few places that we later came back to. She also allowed us plenty of time to explore, ask questions and take pictures. Highly recommend and will do it again.

Really great and beautiful views and lots of info- highly recommend! Danny was fantastic…. Call them direct before you go since aviator doesn’t always send them the booking. Really excellent overall and great smoothie place next door…

Rolando was very nice but he really didn’t have any knowledge of the local history, architecture or flora and fauna. He had no script to work off of. So this bike ride was like going on a bike ride on your own. We have taken a lot of bike tours around the country and this was the only one that disappointed. The tour guide should be able to tell you the history, stories, connect the dots between culture, history and people.

Our guides, including Rolando, are trained to provide accurate information about the history and architecture of South Beach and Miami Beach. This is a South Beach Bicycle Tour, not a guided tour about flora and fauna.
We have received hundreds of excellent reviews for this same tour from guests who found it informative and enjoyable. While we always strive to improve, the expectation that a bike tour guide should deliver an in depth lecture on local plants and animals is unrealistic for this type of experience. Very fun tour around South Beach and Star Island! Our tour guide asked if we wanted to see other islands as well so we also got to see Psalm and Hibiscus islands as well!

We had a bad experience with our first Guide, who passed us off ( just me and my wife on the tour) to another Guide. The first guide (Abraham) was rude and very un professional. We finally had (Josue) as a guide and he was very professional and informative and asked us what we wanted to see.

Our tour involved significant riding on busy city streets and crowded sidewalks. These are perhaps a necessary part of a city bicycle tour, but our group was uneasy and uncomfortable with the tour. We weren’t offered helmets. Would not recommend this for inexperienced riders.

We’d like to clarify a few important points. In Miami-Dade County, wearing a helmet is not mandatory for adults on bicycles. Helmets are always available at our shop for anyone who wishes to use one, but they are not required.
Regarding the crowded streets and sidewalks this is completely normal in South Beach, especially during peak season. South Beach is one of the most visited destinations in the world, so busy streets and sidewalks are part of the experience on any city bike tour.
While we understand not everyone enjoys riding in busy areas, giving only two stars for this reason is unfair. This is the reality of touring in a popular beach city like Miami Beach.

Wow! What a ride! We saw everything you would want to see in the south beach area in a little over an hour! Our tour guide was excellent and knowledgeable. He made the trip fun! Our Tourguide took us to see an amazing sunset, rode us up close to the mansions on Star Island, and shared interesting stories and facts along the way. He was funny and friendly, and really made the experience the perfect last tour of our trip.
