This was the worst experience ever. I will never do this again. Me and my boyfriend. His sister and her man decided to take this cruise because we thought it would be lovely AND THE REVIEWS TALKING BOUT “ PARTY BOAT “. The cruise was supposed to take off at 8:30pm and we didn’t leave until 8:51pm after stating there was a strict policy if you are late. It wasn’t fair for us to arrive early and have to wait for all the people who showed up late but still I was like ok. We did not buy anything on the boat at all. About 15 minutes into the cruise we were being told we had to turn around due to bad weather ( Remind you we only saw 3 houses ). The captain literally kept saying “ Do y’all want to go through that “ while turning the boat sideways then finally turns us around to head back. We were rained on that whole 15 minutes back. We were told to move to the back to “ prevent being wet “ but we ended up returning to our original seats because the rain was heavy everywhere. The captain is also very nasty. A champagne bottle was thrown off the boat and he literally started yelling at my boyfriend how it is a $5000 fine when he didn’t even throw it. He doesn’t even drink alcohol so the fact that he was blamed was ridiculous then I tried to tell him that it was not him that just threw that bottle and before I could even say which passenger it was he cut me off continuously yelling at him. My boyfriend said it was not him, I said it was not him and yes I did go back and forth because how are you going to tell me it’s dark, heavy rain, you saw him and WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE CHAMPAGNE!!!! Neither him nor I drink it so I found that very unprofessional. Also the one leading the boat decided to chime in and co sign when he didn’t even see anything. He was on the other side of the boat but when the captain started arguing all of a sudden he saw everything too. Yall gave someone free champagne and who fault is that ? Yours. They proceeded to throw it off the boat but who did you blame ? The one who wasn’t even given a bottle. I don’t play about none of my family and ain’t no one in this world going to yell and the top of their lungs and talk to one of them crazy especially when it wasn’t anything done wrong. I 100000/10 DONT RECOMMEND
It was absolutely horrible and such a disappointing experience. We weren’t even 5 minutes into the boat ride when it started pouring down raining terribly. The company didn’t provide any raincoats or protection for the customers, and there was no alternative plan whatsoever once the weather became that bad. We were basically left sitting there getting soaked, with no solution or accommodation offered. For the price we paid, the lack of preparation and customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
The boat did not show up at scheduled time and we could not contact anyone for the tour. If I could give zero stars I would.
Very misleading. It’s a water-taxi service that kind of duals as a tour. Not very informative and was pretty disappointing. If you want a cheap ride and just to see things then this is your tour. If you actually want information on what you’re seeing, choose another.
Great budget boat tour option. However I did book the early morning tour option. Only to receive a message the morning of the tour that they were having difficulties and needed to push the booking back an hour. Then upon arrival for the rescheduled appointment, I was then told the tour wouldn’t be until 12:15. While during the last leg of the tour the boat’s motor kept stalling and shutting off causing not only me but the other riders a great deal of concern as we were still in the middle of the bay.
This activity is a water taxi and was very unorganized. Started 45 minutes late. We were so unhappy with the experience, we got off early when the boat stopped in south beach with many other disgruntled passengers.

While I completely understand and support returning the boat to the dock due to technical difficulties, I do not appreciate not receiving a refund when we were not able to reschedule for the next day due to returning home that day.
It would have been better in the day. I went at night and most houses you could barely see. The houses did not have any lights on. I don’t recommend night cruises for sightseeing.
It was horrible. Is not a boat is a taxi boast where they try to fit as many ppl as possible. I was all squeezed in the raw with no room to move. It took us forever to find the place to board.
The experience didnt happen because they left us on the dock! We checked in gad no instructions from there. Watched 2 women who clearly had a problem get walked over to a boat and leave. Without saying a single word to us. And will not refund my money!!!!
This is absolutely ridiculous. The time scheduled and purchased was incorrect from viator and the boat line never got back to me.. I am going to file to the BBB because it's ridiculous a ticket was paid for and never completed.
I booked an 8:30 cruise a month ago, to go last night, but yesterday received a call that it wasn’t an option at all and they wanted to talk only through WhatsApp. They did not return calls and the number was based on NY. They would not refund my cruise. Come to find out after reading reviews from July seems they are a scam and false advertise. It’s a shame because 2 years ago I went on this same cruise and it was amazing. I am assuming they sold it to some scammers. Now I can’t get a refund.
Not as aspected. The pictures and details made it seem like it was a big boat but it was a water taxi.
We entered the viator website and purchased a boat ride with a start time at 8:30pm. On the instructions, it said that we had to be at the pick-up place 20 minutes prior to the start time and so we did; when we arrived, the person in charge was on her phone and wearing headphones all the time, she was super rude and only told us that there was no boat ride for that time at that location, we offered to provide the reservation number but she ignored us and the answer she gave us was that she did not know why the page said that the start time was At 8:30 if there was nothing at that location until 9:30, and that we would have to deal with the company we made the reservation with. We called the number on the pdf of the reservation but the number did not even ring and therefore, we had no answer. We decided to call our bank to report the transaction as fraudulent since they offered a service that did not exist at all, and we never got a response from the agency, in addition to the cost of the service advertised, we incurred in transportation and parking charges to get to that place. Additionally, we felt that they play with the client's time and provide a terrible customer service. We felt that we were scammed since we paid for a service with stipulated terms and conditions that were not fulfilled by the agency. We were definitely sold a service that does not exists as advertised.
Irresponsible they won’t answer your calls or emails be aware of them. Don’t don’t don’t ride with them
I usually don't give bad reviews.. until now, stay away from this tour. The boat is just a water taxi with no bathroom. They changed my time. I booked for 5:30 and some guy called me and told be I had to go at 4:45. No one was at the dock telling me where to go. It's a horrible company and you should stay away from these scammers...

It was an amazing event. Waiting to get on the boat was the only downside. It was very hot and the entry was slow. Once on the boat, it was an amazing experience. The sing alongs were fun and the captain drove the boat very smooth. All in all, five star experience and extremely affordable. I’d do it again.
First the pictures on the activity are completely false. It showed a big 2 deck boat with a cash for purchase bar. However when we arrived it was a simple water taxi that allowed NO food or drink onboard. When I mentioned this to the man checking us in he said, “oh that’s just our catch phrase.” Seriously I paid $70 to ride a water taxi? I am very displeased with this service and am asking for a refund. We chose to go on another boat and will not be using Viator in the future if this is how trips are represented, false advertisement.
We were at what we were told was the location in time however there was no staff or boat there. Was unable to reach anyone. I took an uber there and back $80 wasted to see no skyline.
We couldn't go on this tour because they changed the time of our booking at the last minute and then didnt tell us that there was a Fifa world cup event occurring in the same exact area they are located. When we got there, there was absolutely no place to park and nobody to talk to!!
My daughter with special needs was very upset and now im out $70.
They changed my schedule and called on WhatsApp from two unknown numbers for additional information in the morning. Then, because of rain, they canceled it after 1 hour of waiting. On the top of that, they did not give a refund. Instead they gave a temporary band and said come again. Their phone number is not picked up and service is very poor and unprofessional.
The girl at the spot where we got on the boat, on her phone most of the time when we first got there. Not a bad cruise tho. Couldn’t understand what she was saying but it was a nice ride on the boat during a hot day.
This is a scam! I was scheduled for 8:30pm and got there at 8pm. The time was changed to 7:45 and I was never notified I requested a refund and it was denied because the company hosting the tour said the time was never changed despite a rep where I was suppose to check in at informed me that it had been changed and I should’ve been contacted. DO NOT BOOK. THIS IS A SCAM
The boat was not what we expected. Gas smell from boat gave headaches sore throat. Speakers didn’t work to hear.
The worst. Check in time was 1130. Boat never showed up. Spoke with manager that stated the next boat won’t arrive until about 145. We had a plane to catch and were not able to ride. I still have yet to receive a refund. I’m very disappointed with this company and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

We took the instructions to get to the dock and there was no one there to check us in. The activity didn’t exist and everyone we asked around didn’t know the bout cruise touring company. I need a refund

The trip was delayed. It was supposed to start at 10 AM. They tripped us and told us that it was starting at 10 AM so that we could arrive when we got there. It didn’t start until much much later. It was very misleading and we felt like our money was just taken. The accommodations in the boat did not look like what the photos had online. I would not recommend this tour. I would like my money back because the information that was online and also because the trip never started, we never got to Tours anything. It was just a big lie.
