It’s a small taxi boat, not as advertised. Did not hear one thing that the tour guide was saying. Everyone was upset that we got scammed that it was miserable experience.

If I could give zero stars I would, they're lucky the minimum is one star. Showed up at 9:48am for 10am boat trip & the boat was already gone basically didn't give a crap that the boat had already left and said we can hop on the next ride at 11:30 AM however, we couldn't make the next boat trip as we had a flight to catch & they refused to give me a refund. Bunch of scammers!

This cruise was misleading. Although the guide was very entertaining, we were not even offered a potato chip or a glass of water. It was one hour only. A similar cruise was offered online for half the price. It was not an experience I would recommend.

If the weathers wet don’t go With us they like rescheduled 1030am to 230pm. Driver of boat was a bit miserable but rest of crew were fine !

It is not a two-story boat or double decker beer only in a cooler or $4 Doritos snack bags would not recommend cheaper options elsewhere

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided today and to formally demand a full refund for my tickets.
Our scheduled boat tour at 10:00 AM has been repeatedly delayed due to poor management and technical failures on your part:
• First Delay: Upon arrival at 10:00 AM, we were told the tour was postponed to 11:30 AM.
• Second Delay: At 11:30 AM, we were informed that the boat had run out of gas and we would have to wait until at least 1:00 PM for refueling.
• Current Status: It is now past 12:00 PM, and there is still no sign of progress.
We have already wasted over 2 hours waiting for a "simple boat tour." We explicitly informed your staff that these delays are causing us to miss other pre-booked activities, resulting in further financial loss. Despite this, we were told that a refund is not possible.
As customers, we are not obligated to accept a 3-hour (and counting) delay caused by your failure to prepare the vessel. Running out of fuel is a maintenance oversight, not an "unavoidable circumstance."
I request an immediate full refund. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter through official tourism authorities and leave detailed reviews of this experience on all major travel platforms to warn other tourists.
I look forward to your immediate cooperation.

If you are wanting a tour of the Bay Area, this is not the tour for you. Our “guide “ spoke so fast that we couldn’t understand anything he was saying. A few homes pointed out and that was it. Also I booked our cruise for 3, only to get there and find there was no 3pm tour, so we had to wait another hour. And the operators do not move quickly at all.
Overall this was an hour boat ride, nothing great about it.

It could be a little rocky on the water at times causing water to come into the boat so wear appropriate footwear. It was a nice experience. My family enjoyed the experience.

I signed up for Luxury Millionaire Home Tour. I called and called the company and Viator who did not understand the problem nor could I understand the operator for Viator. I would like my refund immediately. It is illegal to Bait and Switch and not take responsibility for the problem which is 100% Viators problem.

I did not go because it was raining and I picked 5:30 and the owners said I had to 6pm because I didn’t want to stay on the beach and that’s not on the itinerary that I have to stay on the beach so she said I need to do the 6pm after I showed her I paid for the 5:30 and she didn’t care I feel it was a racist situation we were the only different ones out there

This tour was a really fun way to get out on the water and see some incredible homes, the port, and islands. The host was great and made it for a very enjoyable trip. Based upon photos, we thought we were getting on a bigger boat, but this was a single level water taxi and it was actually a very enjoyable, smaller scale tour than the others loading in the same vicinity, and we’re really glad we chose this tour compared to the other less expensive one.

We never got to get on the cruise, after traveling with a family of 6 by Uber across Miami and wasting our time and money, we arrived at the check in to find a crowd of angry people and a really unprepared and unpleasant staff ignoring our requests for help checking in and finding out where the boat is. We booked for 3:30, got there an half hour early as directed, but the departure time came and went. 5 minutes until 4, we were told the boat would leave at 4 (no boat in sight) and yelled at to wait in line (we were). At that point, we had to leave because the delay in departure would cause us to miss dinner reservations, so we had to abandon the whole excursion and leave. No support from the cruise provider in answering questions and plain rudeness was offered. Never have had such an expensively disappointing experience and didn’t even get to go on the cruise. Whole family was disappointed as we loaded into Ubers to drive back across Miami and waste more time and money on an experience we didnt get to enjoy. Still have not received a return phone call from the provider after repeatedly reaching out yesterday. The whole thing came off as a scam.

Very unprofessional and we are group of 10 ppl and they charged extra $15 for 20 mins delay which they asked to reschedule and charged- but they did delay the next boat 40 mins delay just for adding more people. We’ve been on many past Viator tours in other cities, and they met or exceeded expectations. You didn’t advertise how large the boat was or that tickets were being sold on site, so we experienced a crowded throng looking to get onboard, and it was hard to find when the address listed was wrong—thank goodness that it included description of finding boat near Hard Rock Cafe. There was nothing exclusive about this, but had the chaos of a refugee boat with loud music. Half the boat ride was around a ship’s cargo port, not sightseeing expensive homes. 15 minutes of 75 minutes was simply boarding the boat.

Two story, older boat. Small open air area where most people slammed in. Small cup of popcorn was $13. Seating is small wooden wedding chairs. Timeshare sales team visits. Entry photos are $20. There are a few other nicer boats with better sight lines and more outdoor seating. Do not recommend.

The employees here tend to look for ways to charge extra, and the process feels intentionally difficult at every step. You’re required to show the original receipt—not just the tickets—and they are completely inflexible if you don’t have it. The arrival times they provide are unreliable; you actually need to show up much earlier. If you don’t, they’ll reschedule you for a far less convenient time (late at night or very early in the morning) and charge additional fees. Overall, the experience feels designed to be inconvenient and costly.

If I could give this cruise line zero stars, I would. My experience with them was an absolute nightmare and proved that they care significantly more about squeezing money out of their passengers than providing even a basic level of customer service.
We arrived at the terminal exactly one minute after the scheduled check-in time. Despite the ship being docked for another 30 minutes, the staff was cold, robotic, and completely unwilling to help. We pleaded with them repeatedly, explaining our situation, but they flat-out refused to let us board. It is clear their "policies" are designed to punish customers rather than accommodate them.
To make matters even more insulting, instead of helping us get on the ship we had already paid for, they had the audacity to suggest we buy entirely new tickets with only a pathetic "small discount." It was a blatant money grab. They would rather leave a paid customer standing on the dock and try to sell them a second ticket than show an ounce of human decency or flexibility.
This company is a corporate machine that views travelers as nothing more than open wallets. They have no heart, no common sense, and zero loyalty to their guests.

I reserve the sunset boat travel with higher prize. The departure time should be at 5 pm. But actually the boat moves at around 5:30 pm. It is very late. The yesterday sunset is around 5:30 pm. It is not a sunset travel. Parking in the surrounding is also expensive. I need to pay an extra hour fee for the late boat.

Our tour guide was so amazing! He was engaging with everyone spoke eight languages fluently, and was able to interact with everybody. And if they didn’t understand English, she was able to explain what was going on in their language. The views were amazing and his knowledge of Miami was on point. I would definitely recommend this cruise.
