This was such a fun experience!! I didn't know what to expect snorkeling with flashlights, but I was pleasantly surprised by how fun it was. Joe was an excellent host, making everyone feel at ease. He took the time to explain things and make it fun and made sure to take tons of pictures and videos. We saw tons of turtles, got to hold sea urchins and caught the sunset from the water. Then used our flashlights on the way back to the beach! SO fun! I would highly recommend this experience.

Special snorkeling tour for turtle lovers!

Robbie led us on an incredible tour tonight. We had more than enough time out in water. Lots of safety checks. Most importantly-so many turtles! Unique to be able to go at dusk and truly special time in the water.

Our reservations were cancelled due to the weather, something out of my control. I was told that I would get my money back. Almost 3 weeks later, I have yet to receive my refund . I messaged and emailed the company asking for an update. I was asked to send a copy of the receipt, which I sent January 25th. I have yet to receive my refund or even an acknowledgement that my email was received. At this point I don't know if I'll get my money back for a service that was not provided. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Aloha, unfair review. We do always prioritize safety, and in the rare occurrence we cancel, which this tour we did we send out a text explaining the exact steps to get a refund. We also messaged and emailed you back, so saying we didn’t respond simply isn’t true. We would never keep someone’s money from a cancelled trip. However, because you booked third party we did need you to submit a refund request, if you book directly with us this is not a step you need to take. Unfortunately booking third party requires you to go thru that vendor for your refund, and we approve it. We know this isn’t ideal but it’s a quick phone call with TripAdvisor/Viator and then we can approve your refund. We never received this refund request from your party.

Excellent snorkeling experience

Snorkeling directly from the beach during the sunset was a unique experience and a cool change from the typical daytime boat ride offered elsewhere. We were able to swim up close with several sea turtles. Robbie was a great guide!

Robbie was an awesome guide!! He showed us around a turtle cave. we got to see multiple turtles, an eel, a puffer fish and even a shark !! He was very experienced and let us hold a sea urchin and starfish to take pictures with ! He captured so many good photos and videos. I would definitely book with him/this company if you’re looking into it at all :)

This IS the best experience we had! Robby our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the sea life we were about to encounter. He was really good at pointing out what to look at so you didn’t miss it. I highly recommend this if you are looking for something a little more hands on as he will grab you starfish and urchins that are safe to be touched and to touch. We snorkeled from the beach to turtle town and got to see so many turtles, fish and sea life our entire snorkeling trip. It’s a good time to snorkel as the turtles come up for air before they go to bed. It’s a small group so you know you won’t miss a thing. Thanks Robby for such a great experience.

The Sunset Glow Snorkel was so much fun! My daughter (15) and I had a blast and saw so many turtles. This was our favorite part of our vacation in Maui. Robbie was an amazing guide and made sure we all stuck together. And for those wondering the swim is not too difficult. (I am not in the best shape). Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Maui!!

My wife and I booked this experience and we were overall very happy with it! We had a great time and felt very taken care of! Robbie and John went out their way to make sure our snorkel gear was ready to go, fit nicely, and we were comfortable. They were also very knowledgeable on snorkeling and the area we were in (Makena Landing). They went out of their way to show us the ropes and ensured our safety. It was a nice touch that they also took pictures of us before the snorkel in the water and during the experience. At one point, my life jacket had came unzipped mid-snorkel and John fixed it and made sure I was good. I even dropped my flashlight (oops lol!) and John dove down and got it without hesitation. I would recommend a way for them to have flashlights that have wrist straps, so people don't have to worry about holding on to them during the snorkel. Also my wife and I accidentally lost the group at one point but John came over to us and guided us back on track with a boogie board which we were very grateful for! In that instance, I wish there was a beacon that was hooked onto Robbie (he led the group and was in front) either in the water and/or sticking out of the water for easy visibility and tracking. Robbie did dive down to pick up various sea creatures so we could take pictures, but I couldn't help but think if that was harmful for the creature we were touching and observing. With that being said, I loved how we saw MANY turtles, but in hindsight we felt bad because it seemed like Robbie had to coerce them out the cave. In which, it seemed like we disturbed their sleep. At the end of the snorkel, Robbie & John made sure everyone was okay and pointed out where we could rinse off. They offered the pictures that were taken as well for a additional cost, which I wish was stated when purchasing the tour and/or in advance. Overall the experience was a good one and the customer service Robbie & John gave was top notch!

Adam and his company were fantastic! Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for our adventure. I am so grateful for the wonderful communication with Adam. He was concerned with us having the best experience we could have and rescheduled us immediately for a time we were available and we hoped would work. When the weather conditions were unsafe, they immediately let us know. I will definitely book this tour with them on our next trip to Maui!
