Goncalo was the best tour guide! He was fun and informative, polite and went out of his way to make us happy! It was a great trip, van was excellent clean and comfortable. The sights were amazing. Palace Pena, Cascais, Sintra! Perfect. Highly recommend!

The tour to The Pena Palace, Sintra, Cabo de Roca & Cascais was amazing. It was a full day with our wonderful guide Jorge. He is very knowledgeable about the history, has the ability to explain abundant information in a very clear way and transmits the passion for his country. The sites are worth visiting, as a matter of fact I would say a must see if you are in Lisbon. The Pena Palace is impressive and the landscape of mountains and greens, beautiful. Sintra is absolutely charming! The Cabo de Roca is grand and a sight to be seen. The coastal drive through Cascais as well as the historic center are stunning.
We also had an amazing lunch of fresh fish Portuguese style in a restaurant with an amazing view.We can’t thank Jorge enough for making this an unforgettable experience.

The tour to Sintra exceeded our expectations! Sonia was engaging and full of knowledge about the area and history which made the trip even more interesting. She went out of her way to make sure we focused the day on our sightseeing preferences and took care of the smallest details ensuring the entire day was flawless. It was the highlight of our trip to the Lisbon area. We definitely recommend I Go Portugal.

Miguel was outstanding. He was an encyclopedia of knowledge and went over and above. While we could get into the Pena Palace, we went to another one that was equally magnificent. Can’t say enough about this day-long tour.

Pedro M is an exceptional tour guide. Friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very professional! Had a breadth of knowledge regarding Sintra and of Portugal itself. Great recommendations on food as well. Despite some inclement weather, we still were able to see the major landmarks and made the tour one of the best ones we have had during pur visits to Europe.

Pedro M was extremely knowledgeable about all things Portugal but also more global. He tied things back to things that we understood and had an unbelievable personality. Such a gracious guide and just general pleasure to be with. We had a van with 4 people and it was quite comfortable. Information overload in the best way and we saw all the places on our bucket list. The timing was spot on as well and pick up logistics were amazing. Pedro M was fantastic.

This was an excellent tour (May 16th). Our tour guide, Anna, was amazing! She walked us through Pena Palace, explaining what we were seeing in each room. We were really impressed with her knowledge of the history of Portugal and the monarchy. She also made the tour really fun as she visited with us about Portugal today. Cascais and Cabo da Roca were beautiful as well. We highly recommend this tour.

It was a great experience. We did a private tour from Lisbon to Sintra. We made a few stops and Pedro was very knowledgeable. He literally explained the Portuguese history. I would highly recommend to do this tour and hope you get Pedro. He made every penny worth it.

This was a perfect last day in Portugal for our family. Sonia and her team are amazing tour guides - knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and excellent with children! The palace was stunning - the walk to it maybe the most memorable part with gorgeous gardens. We loved visiting two beaches (the kids could play!) and Sonia made lunch reservations and it was possibly our favorite meal our entire stay. I would highly recommend this tour and the tour guides! Miguel and Pedro were excellent tour hosts! It was extremely convenient to have them pick us up from our hotel, starting the day bright and early. From our hotel, we ventured to beautiful Cascais, Cabo da Roca, and the town of Sintra, all the while getting a full lesson on the histories of each town. They were both exceptionally knowledgeable and helped us to understand more about Portugal and each town. Finally, we had a complete tour of Pena Palace by Pedro, who took his time to point out many, many details about the castle, enhancing its already natural beauty. We returned home after a full and adventurous day, glad that we took this tour. Thank you to Miguel and Pedro for your accommodation, kindness, knowledge and an excellent experience!

Pedro our guide had a wealth of historical knowledge and pointed out so many details at the Pena palace in Sintra. He went out of his way and accommodated a special request to stop at a small coastal village for us that wasn’t part of our day trip. We really enjoyed this tour with him.
