Anil our guide was extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The trip was extremely enjoyable. Lots of photo opportunities. Some steep hills to climb but only 10 minutes or so. Thoroughly recommend this trip. Small number of people means you get to meet everyone.

This is the best way to experience Sintra! I had a rental car and was staying in Lisbon, but I fortunately left it behind. This tour took me almost to the top of the mountain where Pena Palace is located, so the uphill walk wasn’t too bad.

A fascinating visit to Peña Palace & Sintra. We opted for a half day tour as we only had a short time in Lisbon & this certainly didn’t disappoint. Our guide sent clear meeting instructions & was interesting & knowledgeable with a good sense of humour (& excellent English!) Peña gets extremely busy but we were guided to all the right spots and viewpoints. We had a short time to explore on our own before heading onto Sintra. A beautiful place with tiny alleys, shops, bars & restaurants. We had longer to explore alone before heading back to Lisbon

A little bit of hills to walk, but a fantastic experience and guide, Mauro, that told us a lot about the history. He was knowledgeable and entertaining! It was definitely worth the price and a half day was enough for us. Pena Palace is a must if you’re in Lisbon.

Once you get to the meeting point, they take care of everything: comfortable transportation, information, tickets, treats. Way better than trying to navigate the palace and Sintra by yourself! These guys knew their stuff.

The tour guide was great, A++ for Anil and the sights I did get to see were great however this is not a tour for anyone with mobility issues. Even when told there was only a little walking it was much more than I was led to believe. I was unable to get to one palace because of uneven ground and all uphill. I stumbled as soon as I got off the shuttle that takes you only about halfway up. If you're able to comfortably walk it is a great tour and the guide had so much great information.

It was good to go in a small group (8) with a nice informative driver. We saw lots of amazing views from the castle and admired its architecture. Then down to the village where we visited an interesting port shop and had a relaxing lunch.

Learned a lot of history. Sinatra and Peña palace were decidedly cooler than in Lisbon, so bring a jacket. Also the walk up to the palace was quite uneven and uphill. Town of Sinatra was very cute
