Meet your experienced Ghost Tour Guide outside of the Colorado State Capitol Building, by the east entrance steps, at 200 E Colfax Denver, CO. You can look for the Native American statue halfway down Grant at Grant & Colfax. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your tour.

The guide needs to have a certain personality or charisma for these tours to be successful. Our guide did not have those things, just forced humor.
Another couple on the tour bailed after 15 minutes. We stayed until the end but were counting the minutes. Try another tour.

I’ve done several haunted tours before and this would definitely be the least exciting of the bunch. Got some decent historical info but the guide was pretty boring and my son and I were definitely ready for it to be over. Would recommend if you want to stretch your legs and walk around getting some historical info but if you’re looking for a ghost tour this is not the one.

Jessica as a guide seems to have personal issues with dad's or men in general. As soon as we where checking in she chose a gentlemen that was on the tour with his wife celebrating their anniversary to be her person of choice to pick on. We found it disrespectful and the gentlemen really did not seem to care or enjoy the special attention. The stories that she shared where somewhat interesting but she seemed to always make remarks towards men. There are more details but we will not mention them all. We where looking forward to being spooked but ended up overwhelmed with Jessica.

We had an absolute blast on our ghost tour with Denver Terrors! Our guide, Jessica, was fantastic—she told the stories with just the right mix of history, spooky details, and humor, which kept our whole family entertained from start to finish. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and made the tour feel fun rather than rushed or cheesy. We all walked away learning something new about Denver while also getting a few chills along the way. It was a beautiful night with a very interesting guide. A lot of walking. Spooky looking houses all along the way. We are now interested in another ghost tour next time we visit Denver.

Love ghost stories and our guide was very nice. But the stories could have been more refined to only include the most important and ‘verified’ versions of events.
Personally the cheeseman park or union station ghost tours were better

Our guide Jacob was very knowledgable and personable. He shared a good combination of area history that led into each haunting story. He also really did his homework regarding each location by having spoken to residents/owners/workers of each site to learn about their encounters. Hopefully, they leverage him as a guide for the pub crawl tour so we can come back and have him as a guide again!

It was absolutely awful, there were two guides at the start, and we were then split into two groups. Our groups guide was so bad he had to keep referring to his phone for notes of what to say. In fact one of the guests in the tour knew considerably more than he did, it was embarrassing quite frankly. We didn’t finish the tour. We walked past a few other tours on the way back to our hotel and the guides seemed so much more informative and engaging. So if you want to do a ghost tour of Denver, go for it, but don’t use this company!

Jacob was a charming guide and the tour was a good way to see some different parts of town and hear some stories but the ghost part was (thankfully) not very convincing.

The guide was ill prepared to tell the story. Poor sentence structure and word choice. Couldn’t remember the details.
We were told it was wheelchair accessible. It was not. Had to climb a grass hill and go in the street on crutches because the sidewalk was so bad.
Never received the ghost stuffie’s or the detector. That were paid for.
Very unprofessional and would not recommend.
