Expensive way to zip around without stopping or slowing at notable landmarks. Very little history— lots of irrelevant banter from the driver. Don’t care what happened two hours north. When was the state capitol built? What makes the Brown Palace noteworthy? Way too much wasted taxpayer me at the golf course.

Hi Helen,
Thank you for providing your feedback and we're so sorry we missed the mark for you. We aim to be transparent on our website so guests know what to expect before booking. The Discover Denver bus tours are designed for individuals with limited time or mobility, or for those who want a seamless overview of the Mile High City. We highly recommend our walking tours or our longer bus tours for guests who want a more in-depth history, as these tours allow for more time at each stop and opportunity for in-depth discussion between stops.
It was very informative, it allowed me to choose which places I wanted to spend more time in later. It was also fun!

Mark was exceptional as a tour guide. Made the city come alive. Lots of fun detail and local color. We have gentle walkers in our group so it was perfect

Hello,
Thank you for your wonderful review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your tour with Mark and that our tour pace worked for your group.
Mark was very informative and entertaining. However, the bus experience was not good. The air conditioner was soooo loud you could barely hear the tour guide AND it was hot on the bus anyway. Plus Mark’s microphone wasn’t working well. The tour just wasn’t that great given the difficulties.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Hi Dina,
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour with Mark and were entertained along the way. Denver has been experiencing an unprecedented heat wave that we are working diligently with our team to manage. To ensure guest comfortability we have our guides reach out to guests ahead of time with tips and tricks to stay cool, provide handheld fans and misters, and have guides check in with guests at least two times throughout the tour. Sadly, one of our buses was totaled in a hit and run accident on August 29th. The bus mentioned in this review is our newest bus purchased to replace the loss, so we are learning it's quirks along the way. We are confident that as we enter fall and the weather begins to cool, our buses should provide a comfortable experience. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for understanding.
A good overall introduction to the city. Brian is a good guide. Text us before tour so we can contact him in case we can't find meeting point
