- We meet at the flagpole at Union Station off 17th and Wynkoop Street. Address is 1701 Wynkoop.
- Arrive at 10:45 am. to check in and receive your equipment, tour starts right at 11 a.m. Parking is tough to find so use the app "SpotHero" to find parking.
- Families welcome, young children are FREE, please select a young children's ticket so we have the appropriate amount of equipment for the group.
- A moderate amount of walking is involved (1.5 miles)
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Wear comfortable shoes and we encourage you to bring water and sunscreen
- There are mild adult topics that might come up as we do talk about the Red Light District. And there are dad jokes, if you don't like dad jokes, you will not enjoy this tour.

I was a first time visitor to Denver. And my wife and I really enjoyed this walking tour. The tour operator did a great job of given us the local history for each area of the downtown, who made the money who lost the money. Some dad jokes. It was very entertaining. But highly recommend.

Wish I had taken this tour at the beginning of my trip. Will shared do many nuggets of information from history and spooky story’s to food and drink recommendations… I learned so much about the LoDo area in such a short time. Easy walking with many breaks made it easy for all.

The historic walking tour of LoDo (lower downtown) was the perfect introduction to this area of the city for first time visitors. Will, our tour guide, provided entertaining stories about the city’s history, suggestions of places to eat and sample some of Denver’s fine brews. Don’t worry about the length of the tour. We made several stops in places we might not have otherwise known to visit and took a seat to listen to the stories. We even laughed at some of his Dad jokes. The two hours went by quickly and we had a great time.

Will was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. He peppered his talk with humor and fun stories. My only difficulty was hearing him through the hearing devices. His voice wasn’t always clear and if you turned it up any louder his voice wasn’t always clear distorted. I would recommend doing this tour to familiarize yourself with the area.

This was a 2hr tour, it covered several
miles of downtown Denver. The tour guide, Will, was very friendly and professional. I liked having the earphone device where we could hear (volume-wise). I will mention that he spoke quickly and incoherently sometimes. Probably bc he does this tour so much he recounts the same detailed information each time. If he could just slow down and annunciate words more clearly I think the tour would be much better. Again, we learned a lot about the city and landmarks, but found it hard to understand him more frequently than not. Loved his funny (dad) jokes. Appreciate his enthusiasm and care. Thank you!

Come walk your 10,000 steps with Will who will give you the scoop on the history of lower downtown- complete with headphones so you can’t miss his terrible (funny) dad jokes! We are here for one day and were so glad we chose to do this tour. Will gives you not only the history but gives recommendations of where to eat, drink and visit while you are in town.
